@Maxime Caron yeah I go to a flight school called dorval aviation, they have really good instructors and are based out of yul. It’s a bit pricier than other places in mtl but i think it’s worth it because you become more comfortable with the controllers and it is easier to get to if you don’t have a car. As to Florida, I think it would be a lot more expensive than in Canada but also you get better weather. Personally I would stay in Canada but at the end of the day it’s up to you

I decided after being unhappy in the various positions I’ve been in, I decided to take a leap of faith. Thank you for your input!
