There is really a difference in people who are wealthy, and are like “yes this is what rich people would have” like FaZe Rug, and there’s wealthy like Cara, where a lot of it is her genuine personality and style. And I can respect Cara for that.

I feel like Cara's house deserves S-tier, honestly. It's not my style, but you can tell a lot of thought went into it and she really enjoys being there. All the space is used and there isn't a bunch of unfurnished rooms that might not ever be furnished. It's a genuinely cool house.

@@dvffYT electricians don't try to "take advantage" of the customer, just ask questions (please NOT while where working) about "why" you might possibly need a "walk-through", if your house was built in the 40's - 80's era, most definitely, remodels can be a problem too if inspectors weren't called (based on your district location in some county's) I was always told, last person who worked on your residence take's accountability for any "accident" (Electrical fire, Electrical Shock) that may occur when we leave, So better to be safe then sorry, the company I worked for didn't charge for "walk-through's", however I know most definitely not all companies follow this procedure

Cara’s house is crazy! I think it would be the coolest to actually visit/tour. I love the colors and the creativity that went into it! At least she’s using the most out of her enormous house and didn’t just buy a rich house that didn’t reflect her personality for the point of spending money.

Cara's house sticks out like a sore thumb in the ray of white/gray houses of youtubers that have basically nothing to them except "not gonna use, but it's cool, right?", just a lot of space and lack of any individuality. Despite who Cara is, I've seen a youtuber like Christine McConnel who worked on her house herself and created a real beauty! It's way more inspirational.

Cara's house, even though it's looks like a hotel lobby, actually looks ten times better compared to the others. The rest of them just burned their money and looks proud for doing so

Cara seems like she's genuine even though it's all so crazy. Like she kept a diary as a child with all these wild ideas for a dream house and now that she has the means she's living those fantasies. It's infinitely better then faze rug's ridiculous "rich person" house that you can tell he barely feels comfortable in.
Honestly, I have all the respect for her if that truly is the case. She took the reward from her ambitions by keeping it personal and relevant to her personality, instead of 'buying into whatever looks expensive because I need to flex'-culture. That's awesome. I'd be daunted by the prospect of being able to design a home after me, providing I had the budget for it. No where near her level of confidence to know what I would want, so I'd probably look at a famous interior designer's work and call it a day lmao

Theres a program called Grand designs where people build ambitious homes. When they go back years later it often turns out that they built a huge home, but spend 99% of their time in either the bedroom bathroom kitchen and 1 other room. The other 20+ rooms just gather dust

Rainn Wilson’s aka Dwight Schrute’s house is in my opinion very tasteful and really cosy. It’s simple but still stylish a little dated yet modern not necessarily my style but I really enjoyed it, you can tell it has a soul. Also the video it’s self I think it’s really entertaining. They(Rainn and his wife)also have some really nice art pieces not like a gucci poster or whatever that was.
Felix may be slowly turning into his Dad but that's not a bad thing.
Also, being Swedish, he is innately qualified to critique home decor choices due to the Ikea in his blood.

If I got rich(please hold me to this), I would use ALL the rooms, and not need any more than this: 1 master bedroom, 1 guest bedroom, 1 recording room, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bar, 1 pool, 1 hot tub, 1 yard, 1 attic, and 1 basement. Cara’s house was the best. Every corner of it had its own personality, she made it exactly the way she wanted it and had some actually original ideas such as the ball pit. Deserved at least A tier (compared to the others).

Yes! She didn’t just buy some cookie cutter rich person home, but she made it hers in every single inch and corner of the house. With her quirky personality the whole house made sense and I don’t even know her but it felt genuine.
