They're basically the same thing - I have what you have, but I just guessed that 'Colour mixing level' is 'Ease of mixing colour', and 'Complement' is 'Load colour'. ^^ Using them like that worked for me when I've seen other tutorials which required me to change up the brush settings. ^^

RandomBox 81 I'm not the creator of this video, but if you want to move all the layers at once make a folder and drag them all in, so its like a single layer you can move around, and then delete the folder when you're done
Just updated to the newest PC version last week. I recommend you should do that because Medibang always have more brushes, screentones in future and fix some crashed bug we all hate so much.

I merged all colored layers together (use ctrl/cmd + E) and duplicated (ctrl/cmd + J) that layer to have a backup if I make mistakes somewhere.
how do you draw without coloring the lines
