As a social media manager who spends on average 10hrs a day on their phone, I COMPLETELY AGREE!! I recently moved to NC and only went to LH a few times but I felt a push to go on LH’s RUclips & listen while painting my nails. So glad I did!
Love this episode! I agree with the comment of "robbing our soul". I find it appalling as to how unkind people are to others as they sit behind a screen. It's sad and concerning to see so many dark hearts.
Are listening to podcasts ie jason withlock Joe Rogan and of course simplicity considered social media? I can see where social isolation plays out instead of calling someone I’ll listen to a podcast
