I absolutely Love how much love and time Mark put into this project. I love him as a performer. I also love his own story. He's overcome a hell of a lot in his life, and he inspires me just as much as this movie does. His performance is outstanding.
CHRISTIAN Bale is BRITISH if you are ENGLISH Irish, Scots or Welsh you are considered British or are sometimes called a Briton having lived in the Uk since I was young I know these things BALE is just adopting the method ACTING technique of adopting the accent of the character he's portraying much to the annoyance of his co-workers at times PROUD TO BE A Brit Cheers!
Christian Bale is British and in this interview where he is himself, he talks like he's from Massachusetts. I don't know what to make of that. It might be that as an actor and mimic he can't help himself.
Note how he lets slip they hung out at crack houses dickey used to hang out at in prep for the role I wouldn't put it past Christian bale to have a week on crack coz the film is soooo accurate and he's a method actor so I wouldn't put it past him to have gone there for research lol
Everyone freaked out when Nicki Minaj did her stupid accents but NO ONE is talking ab how Bale is using and for years has always been using a fake accent during most interviews. Hes got a fake Boston(?) accent here and he rrally started using it after the clip. Im soooo weak!
