Thank you for watching, I truly appreciate it. If your a new owner of this Instant pot model, congratulations. This is probably the best multicooker I have used, I can't wait to start sharing recipes with it. If your looking for this model of the Instant pot, check it out here amzn.to/3icgH9s
FYI I had same thoughts regarding the air fryer. I bought a couple of silicone inserts that have racks to promote air distribution. They work like a charm. Very minimal clean up for main unit, no worry about burning yourself I keep a pair of barbecue gloves that have fingers and a couple of silicone tongs nearby. Have air fried every food you can imagine. Eventually the silicone gets grimy looking even if washed and you might want to replace :D Love my InstantPot most of all to do fast steaming of eggs stacked in a tall silicone steamer basket- rather than pressure cook them. I put 2 C water, set steamer for 7 min. Close valve, allow to cook, Quick release and plunger your silicone steamer basket full of eggs into ice bath in a big pan of cold water.I always use a trivia under the basket so the eggs don't over cook. Thanks for this video I'd forgotten how to set the timer silly me!
You forgot the best part of the insert ... The handles are great but the fact that you can use the insert as an 8QT stock pot on the stove is amazing. It is actually flat with a nice plate so it heats evenly. The old style is concave
Thanks for showing a reveiw. I just bought this model. I'm a visual learner and wanted to jump into using it. I'm looking forward to seeing some recipes.
Loved this video! Helped me so much to set up my new appliance. I searched your channel and wanted to find more instant pot recipes. Specifically carnitas. Thanks so much!
Thanks so much for this review! I just opened mine that my son gave me for Christmas and wasn’t sure if the dehydrator tray could allow me to make two layers of wings. I ended up cooking them in three batches.
Hey cool video, thanks bro. Saw this model on sale on Amazon but wanted to see a real review first. $199 right now so I think I’ll get it. Thanks again!
I just got mine . I love it . When I use my XL air fryer it cooks the wings from raw to crispy. With the Duo insta pot people cook the wings in water first . Pressure cook. Then air fry . I don’t know which is best.
"It's not hot, and it' cool" , yeah, that's the word people use to describe "not hot" stuff :) Joke aside, nice viceo. I was looking for this model and you convinced me.
I recently purchased a 6 quart Insta pot duo crisp. My first try was one large potato sliced intofrench fries without the peel. I did use the provided pot with the holes in the bottom but without the center try. I put the fries in and set them to air fry. 30 minutes later the potatoes still wasn’t done or even starting to brown. I’m wondering if putting them in the bottom of the inner pot was a mistake or is something wrong with my duro crisp?
Why are there no videos of how to cook good fresh boneless skinless chicken breast? Like anywhere. One spends 250 bucks and no recipes come with it. All I wanna know is how to cook boneless fresh chicken breast. Any thoughts or recipes using this machine? Thank you
Hi..Thank you for sharing...this is the model I've been searching for yay!!! What is the model number please....I've only seen the text with the airfryer lid...x
Hi...my boss got one of this brand, and she want me to cook rice on it,but there is not in the menu list the RICE button,is it possible to cook rice on it when i use pressure cooker?
This one does not have the yogurt feature. Not sure if it can be done manually, I have not attempted to. From my experience using this one, milk in pressure cook mode curdles the milk.
Naturally, you should with the souvide program. I wished he showed how long it could be timed. That determines what kind of yoghurt or fermentation can be achieved.
This does not have the rice button, but you can do it manually. I cook long grain rice in it for my food service. 1 part rice to 1.5 parts water/broth. set to pressure cook on high for 3 minutes and let 10 minutes natural release
Just be aware of the ingredients in that Gator shake seasoning. Some cancer-causing ingredients and coloring which the human body does not process well.

I'd always precook, then go extra crispy
Is there still a yogurt function? Or was that phased out? If there’s no yogurt function, does another function take its place for constant temp?
I love IP. I would like to get this... I will still keep my small duo too tho lol 😆
