4:00 - Such a simple fix - for triathletes, who often lack the flexibility of pure swimmers - aim for a 50-100mm lower catch position as this will help keep the elbow above the wrist for the pull phase. Another hot ‘visualisation’ tip (which also is a ‘thing’ bio-mechanically) when you start the catch think about ‘fingers down’ (towards the bottom of the pool) and elbow up towards the ceiling/sky: do some easy visualisation drills at the end of your warm up - say 4 x 150M - first three visualisating a single component of the front quadrant: 1 - entry and reach extension: aiming for 50-100mm lower than usual for the beginning of the catch; 2. - fingers down for the catch phase; 3. - elbows up for the catch phase and then 4. - all of the above. THEn you should be ready to implement for the main set!
Tastes like SHIT ,but turmeric and black pepper 4-1 mix. Half heaps teaspoon DAILY with full fat yoghurt or end of a latte mixed in . Can reduce inflammation joints etc..

@@joeskipper91GP5000 TT TR have a lower puncture resistance score than Vittoria Corsa Speed. 31vs33. Overall tire rating 4.8 vs 5.0. Rolling resistance 7.6 vs 7.0. Wet grip 66 vs 70. Vittoria is superior in every category. Sorry you’ve had bad experience with it!
trust me mate they puncture much more easily. I don’t know where you are getting these scores from but i used vittorias before and punctured quite a bit with them. Not worth it for 1w they puncture much more easily. Theres a reason no pros in ironman use vittoria corsa speeds amd nearly every pro is using a gp 5000 tt.
Why would you change your space bar and riser assembly for a completely alternate set up that you haven’t tested in a wind tunnel and have no credibility supporting data…🤔🤔
How do you know what data i have for it. I haven’t tested it personally but it’s pretty obvious it’s faster when you look at it and I’ve seen the data from wattshop on the bar.
