I understand this takes a long time, but I very strongly recommend Moonlight Sonata 3rd Movement - Opus 27 No. 2 , which I'm sure you are familiar with. Judging by your videos you only seem to play Chopin, so maybe Moonlight Sonata 3rd Movement is out of the question.
