Just go easy on those digipacks. They may look good, but already, two of my Indicator releases have fallen foul of the glue coming off the back of the tray on the Marlene Dietrich box set. That's why I like solid cases with the solid box that Indicator always delivered in the early days. Just hope this isn't a trend for future box sets released by Indicator. You also have to keep in mind that if the disc holder breaks down the road, you're pretty stuffed with a digipack, at least with individual Blu-Ray cases you can replace the case, you can't do that with a digipack. Received my preorder last week and, no doubt like many others, would love Indicator to release more Rollin films to this quality. I’ve got most of the recent vanilla releases and am happy enough with them merely for owning the films but having seen these two releases and the admittedly awesome mini hard cases they’re housed in I can only envisage a shelf full of further treats like Fascination, Requiem of the Vampire, The Iron Rose, Night of the Hunted and more. Fingers crossed, eh?
As I understand it, they will be restoring releasing most if not all of his main catalog. Shiver (1971) is numbered 402 and Orphan (1997) is numbered 417 :) So it's looking like that will be a very nice shelf! When someone asked about the possibility of the July releases including more Rollin the other day, Indicator responded with the following: "We're not rushing Rollin, as these titles need a fair bit of work (not least because we've gone right back to celluloid basics), but there will be more released later this year." Happy days!!

@@Umdlye Yes, I'm sure you've seen Indicator's recent announcement of two more Rollin films, '**** of the vampire' (apologies but yt won't allow the asterisked word!) and 'night of the hunted'. These are numbered 400 and 411 respectively. The first is Rollin's debut (shivers was his third, hence 402 spine number), but going by the filmography I've seen, there are two 'missing' items somewhere before 'night' which would have been 409. It'll be interesting to see what those will be. The numbering overall does suggest Indicator will be releasing all of his output.
I'm not familiar with Indicator or the films but they look amazing the artwork looks great, is very good value for £25, great video #70sbush

I've been trying to find more info on Dominique who plays Isolde, but its like history forgot her. Even this Indicator release barely mentions her in the booklet. Hopefully the special features will have more.

Ordered these myself. Jean Rollin is a great director. Hopefully, Indicator will release more of his work. The Iron Rose and Fascination with Brigitte Lahaie are my personal favourites. I'm hoping to get 4K treatment

They look lovely sets if you're a collector, but having seen a fair few Jean Rollin films, I'm not sure I'd pay 25 quid to watch one 😂. These will be on my radar when they're standard releases in the sale!
