Hi Craig, it’s incredible to think how much those DVD’s cost when they were brand new and now they are just pennies. 😮 Burbs is a great find 👌Perfect Stranger isn’t bad at all, it was made the year after Bruce Willis made 16 Blocks, so he’s pretty good in it 🧐 cool that your picking up DVD’s mate, I have a few on a separate bookcase in the front room as they won’t fit on the shelves in the library. I enjoy the Ant And Dec film Alien Autopsy 👍I watched Unstoppable a few days ago, keep an eye on the train, it looks like it’s going about 20 mph when it’s supposed to be doing 80 🤣 nice one mate, take care👍😃👍

A Prophet is a very decent film. Saw that film on a plane to Norway. Tahar Rahim's performance was icy superb, and the director of A Prophet did a great job on another film called The Beat That My Heart Skipped. The film carries forward the theme of violence, but this time, from within the family unit. Both brilliant films.

Thats the original Star Wars trilogy. There are lots of interesting choices of movies in there

It's hard when you see so many DVD's not to go crazy cause it takes you back to when they were new. The Hole is a great film, I saw it at the cinema. The Dark Crystal is awesome. I haven't seen Lake Placid yet, hopefully it will come out on 4K. Unstoppable is a true story, great film. Good haul you got there Brodin. Trev

Been busy then. I went out yesterday and got the Blu-Ray of The Hitcher. I wasn't going to buy the film, considering Momentum released The Hitcher in 2006 on DVD with a fairly solid picture transfer, plus the commentaries on the Momentum DVD release are identical to Second Sight's commentary tracks. I wasn't too struck with the wrap around artwork on the Limited Edition box set. Much preferred the UK cinema poster artwork, which looked more fitting for the film. Sounds like I'm a right miserable bastard. 😂

The Hitcher “A hundred years in the making” that got me Craig 😆 ahh the smell of a new release 🤯 that’s more like a pack of a posters than an art-cards 😮 I picked up Tentacles a while ago, fun movie and yeah a surprisingly good cast. 🧐 I’ve been grabbing the Tigon films too (not shown them yet) Night Of The Big Heat was good too 👌 take care mate👍😃👍

I remember the tag line in the video rental shops back in the early 80’s “Keep repeating, it’s only a movie, it’s only a movie” must have been before it was classed as a video nasty, I don’t recall ever watching it though 🤔 (it was a fascinating era with films being banned from public viewing) how times have changed. What a haul! The Curse of The Bloody Iris is a wonderful edition. Yes those jumbo art cards are ridiculous and I don’t know what to do with them 😢 I’m temped to buy Tentacles. The Anthropophagous Set is one hell of an edition.

Hi Craig, don’t worry about being late to the tag mate, this one went around two years ago and no doubt will come back around again 😆 (it is a good tag to be fair) Vigil sounds fun 🤔 I’ve heard Something In The Dirt is a pretty good movie 👍 same for Sound Of Metal. Yeah The Accused is one I watched in the cinema and can only recall fragments, definitely one I need to revisit. I don’t like all of David Cronenberg’s movies but the Fly and EXistenZ are two of my favourites. In The Heart Of The Sea is very entertaining (I have the 3D release which is very effective) nice one mate, take care👍😃👍

It's so annoying. Though I'll have to try it in my 4K player as it's pretty good at allowing me to turn them on in settings. Nice pickups mate. I had a look but the only one that really looked interesting to me was the Rutger Hauer one. I gave it a miss as I just dont know anything about them. Hope theyre good though not a bad price at all 👍

I won't be putting my noise up to any of the Fox/Disney titles. How long S1 has the licence for these titles is anyone's guess. Compulsion was a must, plus Stagecoach, The Culpepper Cattle Co., Rio Conchos, and The Paper Chase. I doubt these films will ever see a further release in UK territory.
