I thought I had food poisoning, but was actually bleeding heavily as I confidently laid down my sleeping bag, fell asleep and promptly bled out by the ammunition workbench.

There is almost always a magnifying glass there in camp office and also tons of rabbits or catstalks to collect, so you can survive the first few days. A friend of mine from work recommended this game to me about a month ago. I'm on day 77 of a voyager run. I feel like I know the mechanics of the game well enough to move up in difficulty. Should I do stalker first, or jump straight into interloper? Also, I love your content. Keep up the great work man!
@@matiasleder6804 Would love a gunloper mode. Add a shotgun on the same level of rarity as the Flare Gun (ammo too) with the ability to kill 2 or more wolves at once with proper maneuvering and shot placement and put it in Stalker too, or an easier game mode, and I feel the game has a perfect cast of weapons
Great video, man. Lots of stuff I didn't know beforehand, even after watching a lot of other ppl's TLD tips videos. Subbed--hope to see more TLD content!!
Thumbs up. My recollection of late game Loper was, "Why am I not just killing everything?" Years back on my longest Loper run I was trying to get Rifle skill to 100 with just books. My hope was for random AGGG spawns to go my way but couldn't pull it off. Then Revolver got added and so went my hopes of all L5 skills on vanilla Loper.
One tip I recently learned: 0% condition food like maple syrup and potatoes can still be cooked and eaten without risk of poisoning. Ruined potatoes, for eg, have 50% condition once cooked.
Really thought about a 500 day run in mystery lake alone... but that may not be as realistic as I first thought. Still gonna set up shop by the lake though
My primary complaint about that map is I only want an open world shelter. So Timberwolve mountain is my favorite choice. Plus easy access to fishing and hunting. But there are better places to live, if only I could build a basic in world home like a cabin.
Every winter or so I start playing the living hell out of this game, I look out the window and snow slowly starts falling, I hop into the game, switch my hue lights to fireplace effect and just game for hours into the midnight and morning… Just a few days ago I started again and I just can’t stop 😵💫
I have not tested antibiotics but for sure expired pain meds can be used successfully from the radial menu. You must only carry a single dose as any extra will be deleted from your inventory upon use.
This game tooks a lot of time to play but I still play it when I got a chance. Nowadays I try to learn another region instead of mystery lake or mountain town (It's too easy for me now) all I want to do is learn the new region like timberwolf mountain and ash canyon. It might a really long run🙂. Just like the name of this game.
If the arrow falls under the map cause of the fall, sometimes quartering brings them back if you have not other means of retrievel. Has served me right in the past...and in some cases better than garunteed arrow despawn.
From the beginning of a run, I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use revolver ammo. You should max out your gunsmithing and deconstruct all your revolver ammo and turn it into rifle ammo or at least store the supplies in the region to do ammo runs when you run out and need to make more. Furthermore, use the rifle to exclusively hunt moose (maybe bears, if you are inexperienced with the bow but do realize that bears bleed and will die from blood loss, moose don’t bleed and therefore can’t bleed out) as the rifle does more base damage and will make killing moose a lot easier. This is my recommendation, yes the revolver is great against wolves but a bow is good too… if you know how to use it and are cautious around areas with a lot of wolves so you don’t get surprised. But your rifle ammo supply will last much much longer if you conserve and use it when it is most beneficial and resources efficient.
For non-interloper players, yes this is great advice in order to maximize your ammo type. I would add that ammo is abundant, though - on my casual Stalker runs I have walked around with 300+ bullets, so they are not exactly rare and can be recrafted if shells are picked up after use.
Fairly new to the game but one thing I will do to pass the time while I try for 500 days is that I am only going to have 1 base and I may relocate my base to different regions every so often. I've only been in and explored 3 regions of the world map so far, thats how new to the game I am and have never stepped foot in all the others yet so still no idea where most things are so as I explore a new part of the world I spend several days or a week relocating everything in my base to a new home in the new area I wish to explore. It requires going back and forth more then a dozen times but what else am I going to do with my time ?
I did not use interloper matches for the longest time, about 350 days, only a magnifying glass, but Ash canyon, until I knew the map, forced me to use 3 matches;)destroyed antibiotics with 0% can be used, but not from the inventory window, but the circular interface from what I remember
For me they did not appear in the radial - it might have been patched. I will do some checks, though. Thanks! PS: I know what you mean about Ash Canyon haha.
I moust survived 5 days. I love this game. I am playing it from 2 years now. I don t want to survive a very long period of time, I jut enjoy a lot the landscape and freedom you have. I would like to search evry single part of the map and to create clothes. Some weeks ago I killed a rabit with a stone for the first time. I was so proud, but I see I am very far from creating a bear coat. I don t have the patinece to wait in a single place till thigs get curred
At what durability do you repair your clothing late game to maximize heat while minimizing cloth/pelt use? I can't remember any of the big TLD players talking about this. Keep up the good work Zak. I appreciate it.
Pretty much whenever repair is maximized. For example, thermals repair 50% so I wait until its about that before I repair them. Socks repair close to 100% at a time so I wait until they are very low. Depends on the item :)
4:48 this patience would have saved my main run. I wasn’t patient, run in week of bad weather and get to much cold damage, ended my best interloper run on day 150…
Im just doing NOMAD Challenge to know maps and aquire badges. I trying stalker with Runner badge only with most difficult. My sincere respect for Interloopers
ok the streamer in the last seconds of the video shows what realy happens if you are 500 days alone with nobody in the coldest area of the world. remembers me of cast away with tom hanks :D
Thanks for the guide, it's so helpful!!! Just one question : if you have a lot of food on each base, as advised... why 6 cat tails also ? Since the guide is from last year, are you doing it differently now ? Cheers, thanks a lot for sharing your experience!
Thanks, yet an other really helpfull video! But why store water inside. In TLD it does not freeze, once it's melted from snow. Men, tusen tack, alla fall!
@@Zaknafein After watchin you Interloper - serie, I was able to start my own Interloper run. Previously I've neglected firstly the use of torches, 'cause I did not pay attention to heat bonuses they give and how to dance with the wolves while holding a torch. Hey there, I'm a long-term player but this video raises a few questions for me: how did you stack up so much stuff in the Mountaineer's Hut in TM at the start of the video? You're also not the first Loper player I see keeping 0% meat on them, but whenever I tried it, I always got sick. Is there a reason you're doing this I don't know about? Thank you!
Hi! Happy to answer: 1) I am not entirely sure what you mean about the TWM Hut. Are you asking how to stack things? On PC you just drop things and then right click to move the item, or choose "Place" from the Radial menu. On console the buttons are different, but you can do it there too. Is that what you meant? If you meant the content itself, it's just water and tea as you can see. 2) When you reach level 5 cooking you are immune to food poisoning and parasites, so even eating 0% meat will never get you sick. At level 5, you only get sick eating raw meat. I have another tutorial for interloper, and in Tip #8 I explain how cooking is important. You can see it via this timestamped link: ruclips.net/video/7QNfwo1-1L4/видео.html
How do you reveal local maps. Mine doesn't show anything. Is this a difficulty issue? Also how do you unlock the perks? I've seen others starting a playthrough with certain buffers
I am actually working on a Beginner's Guide video that covers all of this, so if you check my channel in a week or two it will be there. However, in short: - You uncover maps by using charcoal - Perks (I assume you mean feats) are unlocked as you play the game on survival mode (not custom)
@@Zaknafein fantastic. I was wondering why I'd need charcoal last night and didn't put the two together. I will watch your next video thanks. I've had this game a while and not played it with only a small stint in the easiest setting for survival and then played winter mute to episode 3. I love the depth. Thanks for the reply
Does leaving the meat outside slow the rate it loses condition and goes bad ? If so does that also work if you store it inside a container that’s outside?
Yes it slows the decay. I have never put it in a container outside, so not sure about that detail. But others store food in trunks of cars so my guess would be yes.
I think the main issue with storing outside is that when you store the food and it's goes down to 0, it dissappears, but meat when cooked gets 50% restored. So even 0% meat would work for you.
when you say to make a trail to help you in blizzards, how exactly do you do that? im a new player to thi game and ive been watching videos to help me understand the game better.
You just place objects on the ground along the way. Literally a breadcrumb trail :) cat tail heads, stones, tinder plugs, charcoal etc. are good choices
I am too chicken to try interloper...lol...so far I spent one ingame day on HRV, it was...scary...and that is it for nonstory maps... So...a huge percentage of this gem is totally unknown to me...good, as I want to play those other regions "blind"... guess I'll stick to voyageur for that or go up one level at most
Do you have any idea for get inside to bullet crafting thing .. i mean any shortcut cuz im bored to walk all the parkour to craft bullet ... and any tips for fire match or... fire things ?
There is no shortcut, Im afraid. Well, there kinda is one but its not worth it imo. But you only rarely need to go craft ammo, so do it in bulk. Not sure what you meant by fire match/fire things?
@@Zaknafein and Zak .. last question ... what s gonna happen when u consume all matches and losing every mag. Lens .. maybe after 5000 days .. how you can start a fire .. this game need flint stone in caves i thnk
@Honga Meyo sorry for the late reply. You cannot make a fire during a blizzard with a magnifying glass. It has to be sunny. You will not run out of fire making things in the game. Even if you run out of matches, there are 2-3 mag lenses in the game too and these do not lose condition. So if you run out of matches, you have to rely on sunny days, but its doable.
@@Zaknafein like both i saw about the magnifying glass but if you do get that then do you just hoarde matches for like emergencies or do you use them and do they run out?
Like im tryna survive at least a day on interloper to get a trophy on playstation and man i keep dying from hypothermia because im having difficulty in finding matches or fire strikers. I find something like a cave or a lighthouse and then im not sure what to do because hypothermia gets me if i try leaving to get some food or water.
@@crypto2633 There are many spawns. I am working on a video about it. I also have guides on the channel for almost every spawn region where I explain matches locations. In DP where you spawned, it will be in Hibernia Processing
I’m sorry but if I get jumped by a wolf coming out of a cave where it shouldn’t be except that it’s glitched somehow, I shut off my Xbox and load the save. If I run around with scent or where wolves always are, then fine you get what you deserve. But the game is already hard enough that for me to accomplish a run without ever bailing out would be impossible. I can’t count the number of times I’ve been jumped out of the blue when it made no sense. Also, sometimes you throw the torch at and literally hit them in the head and they charge you anyway when it’s not an Aurora, and also sometimes when they charge you, at the last second they run sideways until they jump on you, which makes 0 sense and makes it impossible to shoot them. I like the difficult of the game, but without consistency, it just kills you when you don’t deserve it and that makes it hard to see how I can prevent it in the future. That’s not just frustrating it’ll make you quit playing and I don’t want to quit.
Once you learn the mechanics of how the game works, it becomes very predictable and you rarely fall victim to surprises. It comes with time and experience :)
@@Zaknafein man I’ve definitely found that, but so many times I get things that are obviously glitches in the game. And I almost get that this is a normal part of the game, but it’s pretty difficult to deal with it.
I was wandering if there were some good suggestions. But says you wont be needing my help anyway. My goal was to break down every possible artificial objects. Fighting cold or indoor sickness. ie. hydro dam area. You will be spending a year breaking down everything.
Help is always appreciated. I have the same goal and have broken down all crates in the Dam. Gave close to 400 reclaimed wood. GunTech also broken down everything in the dam. It takes a while and cabin fever is a factor.
The fishing camp have nearby deer, wolves and a possible bear visitor for easy food. Also fishing hut right there There is also an outdoor work bench for reduced cabin fever risk. Lots of wood outside. It is also close to both the Ravine and PV exits. Meanwhile the garage is a constant wolf nest with patroling bear and far from anything. Its spacious but less practical. This is just a suggestion, though - the garage is fine too (especially on lower difficulties).
Bed has better recovery. Bunny's behind the cabin. No preditors spawn in range. Coal in the cave. Moose spawn nearby. Bear spawn nearby. If you don't harvest the deer nearby, endless feathers.
In Loper, personally I prefer the dam. Easy hunting in the ravine. Protected area outside for cooking. Tons of stuff to break down if killing time. But mostly just having the ravine next door is great.. loads of birch bark, loads of rabbits, no wolves etc
Just fyi. That fenced in area isn't so protected. If you have stink on you wolves can get through the fence. Ive learned to act as though its not fenced in.
I play on both because i like lopes scarcity. But i enjoy fucking blasting with that rife an revolver lmfao. I wish they have a loper difficulty with guns, called brutal mode or something cooler where bears kill you instantly an wolves do more damage an all attacks cause infections. But allowing you to find guns with keeping the spawns scattered. So instead of two revolver spawns in per area as in stalker. You only get one in brutal.
Because of work and family reasons, he disappears for half a year or longer at a time and then returns to stream almost daily for a month or two. He was around earlier this year and I spoke with him about using his footage for the videos.
Glad to hear he hasn't left us. I've been enjoying ur video's also. I've been playing TLD for years and didn't realize how powerful torches are against wolves. Thx for the lesson.
The thing that I like about this game is the fact that anything can kill you at any time due to your unfortunately stupid decisions like one time I decided I was gonna kill a bear and use its pelt for a coat I ended up shooting this thing 6 times with a rifle then got mauled got back up and pounded another 7 rounds into this thing before it finally died turns out it was a 50 kilogram bear so worth it sort of 😅
If you are doing it on for the achievement, it's easiest to do it on lower difficulties like Pilgrim or Voyager. Other than that, I recommend one region at a time. Establish a base there and then map gradually. Check your journal to see if you are missing any areas.
@@Zaknafein yea at the moment I make a base in 1 region map it out take all my stuff and move to a new base in another region then map it out and move and on and on
I have one issue with moose. How can you escape once it attacks you. When it finish it attacking and you get up he will turn around and attack you again.
The moose and bear will not attack once you are down. They will walk away and give you a few seconds to leave - just pick up anything dropped and leave immediately when you can control the character again and they will leave you alone. I have seen the moose attack someone right away after a stomp, but this is a glitch - it's not usually like that.
@@Zaknafein Thank you for a fast reply. I have attacks from bears and yeah they leave after attack and you pick up anything you left and run away. With moose at least with several attacks i had, once you are down you get up and immediately moose notice me and turn around to attack me again. Dont have time to pick stuff or to run away. Maybe before you could, but i tried that y-day and almost died. I did load from last save, he was charging me again :/
The moose should walk away and leave you alone. I have only seen it attack twice in a row maybe 1 or 2 times, which was a bug. Sorry you got double stomped :/ but it was probably a bug PS: Sorry for slow reply - I only get notifications on new comment threads, not replies, so had to manually check.
Or just play Interloper with no rest, or passive recovery, with only birch bark, and stims, to recover health. Or no birch bark tea, and just stims. To make it even harder, if that is possible, take the same Deadman Run, and make it an Outerloper run where you cannot go into any building with a loading screen, except transition structures, i.e. The Dam, but you are not allowed to sleep in transition caves, only open caves, and structures without a loading screen. Then you could go cattails only Deadman Outerloper.
Yeah, if you want a challenge, try the NOGOA Outerloper challenge people are doing these days. Probably the hardest challenge in the game. But people have mixed feelings about it - those challenge are brutal but quickly turns into a campfire simulator, which is less enjoyable to play. My hat goes off to the streamers doing it and are up to Day 300+. Insane! (PS: Cat tails only NOGOA Outerloper would be... extreme. Ultimately deadly unless you are allowed to fish or hunt).
Shouldn’t you kind of just win after about half a year or less? The place is going through winter, but there are people who will come back once the summer is there, the ice should melt at mystery lake, since there were docks that prove boats were used at the lake so it’s not permanently frozen. Wouldn’t people come up there again in the summer.
I doubt it. It is the apocalypse. For all we know, the rest of the world is dead. Even if not, in Wintermute they explain that people started leaving years ago and the island is close to abandoned.
Its a good goal to set and will occupy you for a little while :) The clip of all the wood near the end is from me breaking down all the Dam crates. It yielded over 300 reclaimed wood. Guntech1 stripped the entire Dam down of everything. If you want to see what it looks like, here is the link: ruclips.net/video/7C3NRdDXlgE/видео.html

Really nice and helpful video! Good job! Kimiota is currently doing the Fishing Hut thing again
@Ambient Watcher The Long Dark discord? What?
@Ambient Watcher i wonder who that could be 😅
@Ambient Watcher yes
Great video, man. Lots of stuff I didn't know beforehand, even after watching a lot of other ppl's TLD tips videos. Subbed--hope to see more TLD content!!
Yay, it came out!
Oh gods! The stick family haha :D my next run in the game is gonna be cray Cray lol
Atheenon stick man in cave cabin fever clip had laughing out loud while sipping my coffee.
Every winter or so I start playing the living hell out of this game, I look out the window and snow slowly starts falling, I hop into the game, switch my hue lights to fireplace effect and just game for hours into the midnight and morning…
Just a few days ago I started again and I just can’t stop 😵💫
I love the quonset garage as a main base. Everything you could possibly require is very close nearby, except a forge.
@Griffin Clingan damn you're right. thx
There's a forge is desolation point though so not terribly far
2:40 that shot was clean as hell
I have not tested antibiotics but for sure expired pain meds can be used successfully from the radial menu. You must only carry a single dose as any extra will be deleted from your inventory upon use.
Very interesting. Seems like a glitch, but will test this out. Thank you!
can you make another video where you tell 10 tips on any difficulty? Your tip videos on interloper and any difficulty have helped me a lot, thank you!
I already have one :) Here you go: ruclips.net/video/tomIf9X5Qfw/видео.html
I can offically confirm, the minute daybreak happens (on a clear day) is usally garenteed to get a fire using your mag lens :)
5:22 The deer running away: AAAHHHH
Doesn't the armor only on your outer layer add towards protection, or are all clothing options added up.
12:54 - A wild Darkest Dungeon quote appears.
If the arrow falls under the map cause of the fall, sometimes quartering brings them back if you have not other means of retrievel. Has served me right in the past...and in some cases better than garunteed arrow despawn.
Absolutely love your videos with tips you gave me so much inspiration to play
"You've got that finite amount of toilet water" 😀. That's The Long Dark for you!
42 days on interloper WITHOUT fire ?
HOLY SHIT; thats impressive
New sub! Your a great content creator. Well done sir.

No Mackenzie that is not good to eat
At what durability do you repair your clothing late game to maximize heat while minimizing cloth/pelt use? I can't remember any of the big TLD players talking about this. Keep up the good work Zak. I appreciate it.
Pretty much whenever repair is maximized. For example, thermals repair 50% so I wait until its about that before I repair them. Socks repair close to 100% at a time so I wait until they are very low. Depends on the item :)
@@Zaknafein Thanks for the quick reply. Long time lurker here. Great tips as usual. Cheers

ok the streamer in the last seconds of the video shows what realy happens if you are 500 days alone with nobody in the coldest area of the world. remembers me of cast away with tom hanks :D
Thanks for the guide, it's so helpful!!! Just one question : if you have a lot of food on each base, as advised... why 6 cat tails also ? Since the guide is from last year, are you doing it differently now ? Cheers, thanks a lot for sharing your experience!
I do it the same, still :) the cst taile sre non-expiring food that will give one nights sleep.
Thanks, yet an other really helpfull video!
But why store water inside. In TLD it does not freeze, once it's melted from snow.
Men, tusen tack, alla fall!
Thank you! Honestly, the water doesn't make a difference, it's just more accessible indoors :)
@@Zaknafein After watchin you Interloper - serie, I was able to start my own Interloper run. Previously I've neglected firstly the use of torches, 'cause I did not pay attention to heat bonuses they give and how to dance with the wolves while holding a torch. Secondly I spend way too long in an area, and not pushing for next place to loot. And last but not least, I eshtablished my base way too early.
Now my best is 19 days on Interloper.
Great video :)
Thanks for introducing us to the Stick Family.

First of all thanks a lot for ur precious advices and ur videos. One more great guy in this sweet community.

Thank you!
Hi! Happy to answer:
1) I am not entirely sure what you mean about the TWM Hut.
You can see it via this timestamped link:
ruclips.net/video/7QNfwo1-1L4/видео.html
How do you reveal local maps. Mine doesn't show anything. Is this a difficulty issue?
Also how do you unlock the perks?
I've seen others starting a playthrough with certain buffers
I am actually working on a Beginner's Guide video that covers all of this, so if you check my channel in a week or two it will be there. However, in short:
- You uncover maps by using charcoal
- Perks (I assume you mean feats) are unlocked as you play the game on survival mode (not custom)
One thing I would add to the last point is, don't set too high of goals for yourself. This is a trap I fell into.
Does leaving the meat outside slow the rate it loses condition and goes bad ? If so does that also work if you store it inside a container that’s outside?
Yes it slows the decay. I have never put it in a container outside, so not sure about that detail. But others store food in trunks of cars so my guess would be yes.
@@Zaknafein Thanks bud, your the man !
I think the main issue with storing outside is that when you store the food and it's goes down to 0, it dissappears, but meat when cooked gets 50% restored. So even 0% meat would work for you.
i am just biding my time, cause i am waiting patiently for chapter 5 of wintermute.
Anyone know what the name music from Tip #3 ?, I look anywhere couldn't find it
Its Sinus

guess I'll stick to voyageur for that or go up one level at most
Do you have any idea for get inside to bullet crafting thing .. i mean any shortcut cuz im bored to walk all the parkour to craft bullet ... and any tips for fire match or... fire things ?
There is no shortcut, Im afraid. Well, there kinda is one but its not worth it imo. But you only rarely need to go craft ammo, so do it in bulk.
Not sure what you meant by fire match/fire things?
@@Zaknafein :D i confused .... how you make a fire during blizzard night with magnifyy glass
So if you run out of matches, you have to rely on sunny days, but its doable.
how do you find a lot of fire starter? like in interloper for example?
Do you mean the firestriker or just matches in general?
@@Zaknafein like both i saw about the magnifying glass but if you do get that then do you just hoarde matches for like emergencies or do you use them and do they run out?
Like im tryna survive at least a day on interloper to get a trophy on playstation and man i keep dying from hypothermia because im having difficulty in finding matches or fire strikers. I find something like a cave or a lighthouse and then im not sure what to do because hypothermia gets me if i try leaving to get some food or water.

And I almost get that this is a normal part of the game, but it’s pretty difficult to deal with it.
lol, you used a Dyst clip of mine :)
@@Zaknafein not just crates. every other things too like chairs and shelves but natural wood.I mean since there is nothing better to do.
Why did you picked fishing camp in CH instead of garage?
The fishing camp have nearby deer, wolves and a possible bear visitor for easy food. Also fishing hut right there There is also an outdoor work bench for reduced cabin fever risk. Lots of wood outside. It is also close to both the Ravine and PV exits.
Meanwhile the garage is a constant wolf nest with patroling bear and far from anything. Its spacious but less practical. This is just a suggestion, though - the garage is fine too (especially on lower difficulties).
@@Zaknafein Okay, thanks
That serious cabin fever attack in Atheenon clip, lmao!
Yes! we were having a very fun day that day for sure
Can you do a bow tutorial. I don’t play higher difficulties because I’m terrible with the bow
I will do this one day :)
Why would you chose Trapper's cabin over Camp office for a main base tho?
@@philiphaycock3845 woulves do spawn in the ravine
@@keirareid6720 Are you sure you're thinking of the right place? They really don't. Even the wiki says it.
Does anyone know what happened to Shardul? I really miss his streams.
Hey I have a question do Items ReSpawn?
Some do, but not all. These things respawn:
Sticks, Branches, Limbs, Stones, Coal, Animals
Can you make video for Darkwalker survival tips?
Would love to. I will see it I have time, though. Also depends if you want to speedrun it or survive as long as possible.
@@Zaknafein I would love to know how to survive as long as possible. I'm not a fan of speed run. I don't end up well on speed runs.
The thing that I like about this game is the fact that anything can kill you at any time due to your unfortunately stupid decisions like one time I decided I was gonna kill a bear and use its pelt for a coat I ended up shooting this thing 6 times with a rifle then got mauled got back up and pounded another 7 rounds into this thing before it finally died turns out it was a 50 kilogram bear so worth it sort of 😅
What about the camp office base. This base is First in top Best bases in The Long Dark
Yes, it's a great base. But Trappers Cabin can have a Moose and Bear spawn. Rabbits are outside. Coal in the cave. You are very secure there.
I'm trying to map out the whole world any tips?
@@Zaknafein I guess no reply for the second comment. Oh well thx for the effort on first one
The moose should walk away and leave you alone. I have only seen it attack twice in a row maybe 1 or 2 times, which was a bug. Sorry you got double stomped :/ but it was probably a bug
PS: Sorry for slow reply - I only get notifications on new comment threads, not replies, so had to manually check.
@@Zaknafein Then im one unlucky son of a bitch coz it happen to me more then couple of times :D
Or just play Interloper with no rest, or passive recovery, with only birch bark, and stims, to recover health. Or no birch bark tea, and just stims. To make it even harder, if that is
possible, take the same Deadman Run, and make it an Outerloper run where you cannot go into any building with a loading screen, except transition structures, i.e. The Dam,
but you are not allowed to sleep in transition caves, only open caves, and structures without a loading screen.
Insane!
(PS: Cat tails only NOGOA Outerloper would be... extreme. Ultimately deadly unless you are allowed to fish or hunt).
what a great video
Why are there so many stims in broken railroad?
Not sure - maybe its a reward for surving that wolf nest. There is one in the lodge, one in Ravine and sometimes one in the yard crate.
@@Zaknafein Honestly climbing down the ravine isn't worth it most of the time.
@@notlogan6482 Hm, I disagree. You can find a stim, coffee and it is a possible firestriker spawn. All of which is gold on interloper :)
I just died on day 115. Don't get cocky with aurora wolves!!
One long term goal of mine is to empty the damm. I mean breakdown everything
Its a good goal to set and will occupy you for a little while :) The clip of all the wood near the end is from me breaking down all the Dam crates. It yielded over 300 reclaimed wood.

The intro explains it, but its basically when you have acquired what you need to
