The way the transfer case shakes is terrifying!
The center diff is wobbling all over the damn place man!

I was really hoping I wasn't the only one that saw that...
bcoz the transfer were not connected to main gearbox, this system use split transfer case same as older Suzuki jimny or samurai..But the bushing holding the transfer were little weak.
@@ycs1466 no shit Sherlock. There's still no reason for the transfer case to be shaking THAT bad. There's more than just "weak" bushings going on here.

I thought that was a muffler shaking but it was the transfer case
Nice, but the transfer case vibrate under stress like it isn't hold on on nothing. Should think to wrap it round in some anti vibration, anti wrap support.

I don't care what anybody says negative about those trucks, i think they are amazing, it's incredible the mods that can be done to them. 👍👍👍🍻
2:58 .025 speed .. Check out that transfer case shimmy... Put some shock absorbers on that divorced unit to soak up some of the oscillation.

Nice build and video. Did anyone else notice the extreme amount left right vibrational movement on the transfer case and drive shafts during the underbelly shot. I'm hoping he just had some mounts break loose, because if not.... WOW! I can't believe it will last long like that

I explained it several times, but I couldn't take measures for the transfer case on the day of shooting.
First of all, I gave priority to shooting.
Now all the measures have been completed.

How about an EV Conversion removing the engine and putting the Mitsubishi PHEV rear motor sideways in place of the transmission/transfer box thus powering the front/rear axels, and 2 Mitsubishi PHEV battery packs...

That transfer case don't look like it's going to last. LOL! I would like one of these tho.
At 2:59 the transfer case is about to exit the vehicle.
While the idea is awsome a few of the set ups have left some crucial parts in very vulnerable places. I would never want my caliper lower than the axle. And with all the aftermarket stuff the shock mounts should be moved up. And unless their running Mirfields those Birfield axles will need attention before long.
why on earth would they keep that shot?
Supporting mods are always left unspoken in a lot of "jdm" vehicle modification ads or whatever you wanna call this... These are incredibly light trucks tho they make a Hilux look like a dam full size...

I'd say it looks like it was coming off see that thing shake. Maybe the drive axle was bent Bent That's not gonna last long shaken like that.

Did anyone else see the terrible vibration on the vehicle driveline at 0:23-0:27? That will be a weak point no doubt. And again at 2:55-3:00? What was it, the transfer-case? That need to be secured. Otherwise one may have a mechanical failure way out in the boonies. And what a pain that is.
You can also see the rear driveshaft doing the shimmy at 4:25-4:35. That is not a vibration that would be acceptable to me off-road.
