thing i learned today: "Cement is an excellent Soap"
I dare you to bath in cement 🤣😂 You want have to worry about your skin being clean the chemicals will eat it right off 😂 I played in cement barefoot once when I was a kid, that was a BIG AZZ MISTAKE 🤣
Takes the skin right off depending on speed and pressure
Well, fresh wet cement will literally turn all the oil and fat on your skin into soap. Not too far off i would say.
Must be a republican if you're that slow.
U mean semen?
Needs an exterior cage! But that thing is so sick!!! Loving the content lads
Agreed 👍would look sick too
and an extended bed!
And a snorkel!
Also a turbo 😏🙌🏾
Exocage & solid front axle would make it go harder
Thanks for having me along guys!
You should build a rollcage in it, it would look so sick and probably improve safety as well
Weight would be a serious problem
Exo cage would be sick
He’s already rolled it & didn’t get hurt so why bother 🤷🏼♂️
@@scottspropertyservices6877 Exocage to save the body from serious damage
@@everettstormy yeah probably, but it would be a sick project and some nice free content for them
man you guys are my go-to channel, yall never fail to interest me in this type of stuff
Welcome to the best six wheel driving channel on RUclips.
Sorry, the best five wheel driving channel on RUclips.
The stuff that you guys build is amazing. Not only the unique builds but,the horsepower of the builds is absolutely ridiculous!

Love the bit at the end at Sydney mine!
That's been stomping grounds for my friends and I for many years.
Keep up the good work, you guys are awesome!!
I'm from Spokane, lived in Sandpoint for a couple years when I was younger, I always think about you guys! Also that truck should definitely get a cage ♥
This is definitely my favorite build y'all have done so far😍
If you turn the circular saw blade backwards, it will cut plastic better.✌🏼
And use a finer tooth blade.
or a jigsaw
You can cut through tin and sheet metal that way as well. No sparks!
This vehicle has Amazing weight distribution. Marvelous
I dirtbike rigjt at those concrete buildings. I live in cda idaho, love Sandpoint. I worked up there for a few years. Love your videos and builds
Amazing video guys.....premium footage !!!..... thanks for sharing this with us
Enjoying Life, living vicariously through you all, keep it up fellas 😁
PPF would probably be a good option for plexiglass stuff. AFAIK, it's super prone to scratching as is.
It does scratch but you can always pull out the buffing wheel and make those go away.
@@levisilva3192 for the use case they have, it's gonna need to be buffed weekly lol you're not wrong, it's easy enough, but it might still save them some time in the long run and keep it a little easier to see for a while longer between buffing sessions
I absolutely love videos like this keep up the blood sweat and tears guys!!
Great job on the video folks! Thanks for making it.
Looks like heaps of fun. Cool little rig
MAN;s ingenuity knows no bounds. amazing job you done there... how many ARB LOCKERS ARE US USING.
Anyone else see at 7:30 the bag in the back of truck defy laws of physics for a moment? 😂
At 7:33 the bag in the back slides backwards as you go up an obstacle. At first glance it looks like the bag glitches out and stops moving
Your play way too many video games if ur first glance at a bag sliding in a bed is that it’s a glitch
I had to rewind twice, once to check and another for the satisfaction.
Mental issues..
I had an 87 Toyota 4x4 minivan. Not the most capable, but never driven a more fun road trip vehicle. All windshield butt over the front tires is the way to go
Before your next adventure, and after repairs, I'd recommend you install a rollbar, 2 spares, a small toolbox, and a couple of CV axles.
But, great video. And that Kai truck is super capable.
Genuinely mega impressed with that plexiglass windscreen.
Now we need metal bumpers, skid plates, nd over cab rollcage, like on that black Tacoma
A thin disc grinder, or circular saw with only the teeth going beyond the guide, both work well for cutting plastic. I usually use the grinding wheel for any curved piece and saw with aluminium cutting blade only for straight cuts. If you tape the back edge you get a better finish.
I drove a cab over Mitsubishi Fuso bucket truck for a cable company. I loved that thing they were so easy to maneuver and get in tight places.
Watching it wade through the first stream, I'm like damn, a snorkel would've been class.
The ends will come off your spoil of 550 cord. Take two 4” thumb-size sticks with mild groove in their middles. Tie some of the cord to each groove, leaving two strands through the center axis of the spool. Twist the sticks in opposing directions, tightening them against the outsides of the spool. Friction will hold them in place, securing the ends of the spool for rough handling. Do it.
Epic as usual with u lot love the burnout in the back on the surron 🤣
Man I''ve been dreaming of an offroad cabover for so long. The mini size and it being 6x6 is just fucking rad. Nice build sir.
It's funny this came into my feed, I was just watching 8x8 European big rig offroad trials.
When cutting plexiglass turn the blade around on the saw! We do it that way all the time and it’s way easier and smoother!
Viene ay tremendo video como siempre saludos desde Uruguay ✌️😉 y todo el aguante como siempre 💪
hell yea, love the wind shield
Wow! It's unstoppable. So cool.
My dream vehicle is the Jeep Mighty FC... COE or FC vehicles are generally regarded as unsafe during head on collisions. But you're absolutely right that they are the pinnacle of performance while off road.
A sweet exo cage tht ya still b able to load pwerwheels n the back b perfect weekend trail beast
windshields are structural components in most cars and help support the roof in the event of rollovers. Usually add roll cages before they add "lightweight" windshields
thats the coolest thing offroad trail i've ever seen
This is so cool I want one of those so I can do all that off-road stuff
That's super funny. I used to run around that trail and hangout at that old mine when I lived around that area!
I was trying to figure out what all those structures were. My guess was a mine, thanks for confirming. I'm guessing it was abandoned in the 70's or possibly the 80's it so, not that it matters.
This video looked awesome, that little 6*6 is turning out to be more impressive in each video it is featured in.
You guys content is unmatched
This is the FUTURE. i Love it.
ohhh man this ones gonna be sick !!
Another premium banger gentlemen!
The maintenance at my place has the 4 wheel versions of these. I've seen them effortlessly climb steep snow covered hills and blast through 2 feet of snow.
Super capable 6x6.
Couldnt you get an extra portal axle and make a 6x6 with the mog chassis?
This lil truck is your coolest build :)
Anybody else feel like they had to pull a piece of glass out of their hand when he did that!?!?
You guys really have built a powerful small 6x6. Hope the tight hand front wheel drive can be repaired. Send you love from the Netherlands
Technically they didnt build 6x6, just did body swap, but that on its self is pretty hard on its own. Too bad cost of 6x6 has went higher due videos like this, so no god damn chance getting one for price i could build anything like this.
So freaking cool!
Another *PREMIUM* Grind Hard Plumbing Co upload.
Super cool 🤙 pretty bad when will is offering you gloves to be safer. Like I said before I almost think you should build kits to make these.
Tip for cutting plexi with a circular saw, flip a metal blade backwards. Cuts it like buttah
Just cuz concrete is my gig. Cement is an ingredient in making concrete.
Love the channel. ✌️
Denver Creek used to be challenging, but so many people have run it that it's turned into Disappointment Creek! Now that you've Way Pointed it on OnX, I'm sure it will become the next route of I-90!
I loved the Surron in the back
This thing is so much more capable than 99% of all pick-ups
That thing is so cool 😎
I watched some good content today but I know this video is going to make me happy
SOOOO AWESOME
That is easily the coolest thing you guys built. Needs a tool box on it somewhere.
I've always thought right below the back window was a perfect spot to put a box. No visibility lost out the back, and if it was full bed width you would have all the room you'd need, and still room for a cooler, a jackery power bank and a couple spares even lol
and maybe even a small hydraulic picker!
This next to the hoonigan mini truck at seam would 🔥🔥🔥
this kei truck is awesome now, it just does everything easy.
Exo-cage would be kool 👌 Excellent Job on that one Ethan 👏 👍 ☮️
7:30 awesome optical illusion haha
Gi grind hard I seen someone say to build a roll cage and you should but on the outside of it to keep the truck cab from getting tweaked more
I've never cut plexiglass, but I do know with the aluminum soffit we cut at work we turn out blade around. I'm not sure how a grinder would work either?
Grinders tend to be too high speed and do more melting than cutting regardless of what kind of disc gets put on them. There are a few that work alright though. They're carbide coated and have big reliefs between sections to help reduce the amount of heat buildup. They work alright. A router sometimes works well depending on the thickness. That's always good when you need consistent radius somewhere. I'm no expert but I've messed up my fair share of Plexi/lexan products doing projects at home lol
Reminds me of a mini Stewart & Stevenson military cargo truck. Would be awesome to see this thing painted in desert tan 686 or olive drab green. Throw a snorkel on it, make some detachable D shaped bars for the bed and get a canvas cargo cover for it.
You guys are so awesome 💥🤪
I recommend you put a laminate on the outside of the windscreen like 3m stoneguard to reduce the risk of scratches. Perspex is not so good at resisting scratches.
I would love to see you beef up the suspension and make it airride.
Just found my new favorite RUclipsr
That thing is so cool. I want one great job.
Wow nice truck # ilike this video 🔥🔥🔥
Building quality level 👌🏻
I think the most impressive thing about this is that it just looks *right.* Like it was always meant to be like that.
It's got a great Haflinger vibe! With a bit more power though 😂
You guys are my favourite ❤
Well you should do is put on jail glass. The glass with the wire in it so don’t shatter completely. Then put hinges on the bottom like a Jeep Wrangler so you can fold it down and you can see
9:10 all those push-ups are paying off 💪
This looks like pinehurst, I live really close to that. There is thousands of trails up here specially near Wallace. I’ve been to that exact mine so many times
Can you pls make more off roading vids and make them longer. Love the content
If you flip the blade on the circular saw it will do 100% better with Plexiglas or Polycarbonate.. use Polycarbonate when you can .. it is much better optically, stronger against impact.. and far safer in a rollover or accident.
Thanks for this build.. I have a 2004 Polaris RANGER 6x6..
I believe you guys are close to Blackhills. Some of the best trails in the US there. That is a true test of the lovable k 6x6! 🙂
Alright its settled I live way north an hour from Canada due north and guys I just need one of these ,forget a side by side keep the jeep
This rig absolutely makes those boulders and downed trees and logs look seemless.
Bravo dudes favorite project yet honestly
You know it's just a shortened 6x6 polaris ranger? Like I assume the standard vehicle is only a bit less capable due to being a bit longer.
Not that it isn't cool or anything.
@@johnjosephson9277 the simplicity is what makes it so cool in my opinion
Man, I love that thing
You guys so need to do a selectable rear steer on this
I love the plexiglass windshield. A few years ago my girlfriend rolled her Camry. I put in a plexi one, till we could find a affordable replacement.
She still drives the car……
Very good video.
*Been talking to everyone i know about this build. This thing deserves to be manufactured and sold as an emergency/rescue vehicle in hazardous environments around the world* 👏😤
Should make a complete rollbar for the outside of the Cab . And a Awesome front Bullbar bumper.
Love from 🇮🇳India brother❤
Next upgrade is tipper bed, wheel arch, roll cage in the cab, a snorkeler , performance exhaust system, led lights bar and last but not least is a proper paint job with Grind Hard decal
I think you should build and exterior roll cage for it would look sick and be a lot safer when it rolls 👌
I run Denver creek, red cloud, and Sydney mine all the time! Just a few miles from my house
I loved the bike burnout in the bed whilst wheeling. I almost thought the national anthem was playing. Beautiful
