My heart goes out to her. Thanks for talking about this. We outdoor folks can be highly vulnerable to tick borne illnesses. Got a lot of family suffering from lyme, alpha gal, etc. I'm obsessively tick aware

I'm currently dealing with recovering from two ligaments and a meniscus injury. (Of course It's nowhere near what margo is/has experienced) and I absolutely feel what she's saying

10 years ago I was diagnosed Lyme as well. I had very strange symptoms: multiple slipped discs and peripheral polyneuropathy just to mention the painful ones.
I thought that I will never ever climb again. Happily this did not happen. It took nearly 5 years to get back to normal life. Well there is some happy end.
Trying to climb my first 7a now. I am back in my business very successful and I feel nowadays strong enough for any challenge.
It can be hard to find words to explain what it means to have Lyme on top of several other health issues. All the best Margo ♥️ Greetings from Austria 🇦🇹
