To stop the copycats, but at least delay them, drop these videos a month after you film them, that way competitors are at least two months behind anything, but we as the audience can still learn.
I think this struggle is pretty common across industries. I'm in automotive wholesale and even though it's lucrative, with approx 1% net margins, it's very difficult to scale because it's extremely niche and near impossible to find appropriate staff. Real estate (agency), for example, is extremely saturated and has minimal barrier to entry and so brand is very slow to build and you're fighting against multi-decade competitors. No industry is perfect. If you enjoy what you're doing AND you're making money, you're on a winner, definitely.
Defo agreed, pros and cons and opportunities and challenges in every industry, just got to pick one that fits you best overall and master it ultimately! 🎯
Hey Matt, It's Cool to see you again on this update. Amazing progress made! 👏🏼 It sounds like your organization and the back end are experiencing more growth on the journey to 2-3 M per month. There’s a huge opportunity to enhance your leadership and organizational structure. Our recent call touched on strategies for building a self-managing organization. Why don't we do that leadership and organization audit in September when you're picking up speed again? It's on the house, I'd love to help out!
Just took delivery of more rainbow dust, can I ask your thoughts on selling products sourced from Alibaba when the products you plan to sell are so commonly available/popular in terms of the actual product, is it still worth doing if you believe you have a good setup for the brand? Thank you
What if you just give your copycats bad advice from your videos? “Yeah so I scaled my meta ads down to 20% of what it was before because TikTok starts popping after you spend 100k”

Matt, I heard someone say once - keep that 'what you should do' public and the 'how you do it' behind a paywall.
is very true, in hindsight my channel is far far too open and gives way too much insight/value for free 🤔
Just discovered the pod - up to episode 9 on the journey. Amazing to see where you started to where you are now. Well done!
You're the man, amazing progress and love this series!

Would you say the information in your course suits 2024? I’m thinking of buying it but am a little conscious it was written 3 years ago.
defo still relevant as it covers so many fundamental principles, but feel free to drop me a DM with any specific questions!
