I am wondering what the challenges and hurdles have been on the regulatory side? Since toothpaste is related to health and hygiene, I am sure in Australia this is well regulated and requires a lot of knowledge and capital to even be able to get it in the market. It's not just like getting it OEM'd and then sell it. They surely had to get it tested, approved, certified, and registered to be able to sell it. I feel in interviews like this, those questions are always intentionally left out to make it look easier than it actually is.
As far as I’m concerned businesses launched pre 2020 -2022 are no longer relevant case studies as these strategies can no longer be replicated successfully 2024 and beyond Still quality interview !

My dentist gave me some of this product and I tried strawberries 🍓 and cream, it tastes nice, the branding is great. And the branding of the toothpaste makes the cost per gram higher than all the others I’ve usually used (eg 60g toothpaste versus 110-200g ones in the supermarket but twice the price). Good on them ❤
