Sine Metu means "without fear". Jameson is one of those whiskeys that people love to hate, but I've popped a dram of it into a blind tasting lineup a few times, and it usually performs well!

I didn’t know that! Thanks for that knowledge! Have you tried the 18yr?
      Any Irish Whisky Recommendations?

@@SipLifeTV I have, and it was lovely, but I'm not sure it was worth the price.
Irish whiskey recommendations... how much time do you have!?
I think it's hard to go wrong with anything coming out of Teeling. Their blend and single malt are particularly nice, as are the "Spot" whiskeys (green spot, blue spot etc.) or whiskeys from Dingle.
If you want to see some tasting notes from a newcomer to Irish Whiskey, I have a video series where I've been introducing my wife to whiskeys (budget blends, expensive single malts, etc.), which might be useful to see which ones spark your interest.
      Sláinte!
