  • Loose slab avalanche triggered from a snowmobile near Hope Alaska. Luckily survived and didn't get buried.

    We had two machines however the other one was having mechanical issues so was left farther down the valley for awhile.

      +dbk81 Could be the higher altitudes, if you're not used to it, you can get shortness of breath just sitting there.... and if you're sledding in the mountains in deep snow... Throwing your weight around to get your sled to tip is a decent work out... put the two together. :) ... ALSO, he just almost got caught in an avalanche, probably shitting himself.. then shitting himself when he saw his friend sitting down where the avalanche was headed
