New SUBSCRIBER here. --- DUDE... I just came across your Channel and I got to tell you that your teaching style is awesome. So clear and concise, yet some how detailed too. Great stuff. I can totally see how your subscriber count is going to 10x in no time.
I'm running on a Mac so I won't be a ton of help there but if the experience is the same it should open a separate program that might be called Electron (the app framework it runs on).
I believe it is a closed beta and only a subset of users were chosen for testing. You should presumably gain access when it goes to full release. I've gotten no word on timing of that release at this point.
Friendly advice, either drop the music bed or learn more about ducking. Your problem is the music bed is too loud as a default so when it ducks back in it doesn't sit right. Reduce the level of all of the music by quite a bit, at least 50% of what you have it at now. I'd also say you're fluent enough when talking you don't need the music bed. I have 40+ years of music and radio production, I hope you take this comment in the spirit it is offered. Advice not criticism.
I tried running a side chain compression duck on my audio and didn’t refine it nearly as much as I should have. In the past I’ve taken the volume down even further and done some EQ carving for my voice. I appreciate the advice and take it as intended. Thanks for watching!
I knew I was forgetting something! By default it’s in your documents folder but you can choose which folder it goes into in the plug-in settings. You can also make the folder relative to where the project is stored. I have a single shared folder for music I put all my tracks in for every project that I scoped to.
THANK YOU for this very clear and straight to the point video, i just dowloaded the hub and no idea where to go from there.Another Subscriber from me.🦾

Thank you so much for the kind words, that is encouraging to hear! I’m glad you got value out of the video, I can’t wait for you to see what’s next.
Thank you for this! just downloaded the plugin and it's just what I needed to learn to know how to use it.
Always like the tracks on epidemic vs other libraries... Good to see them in the future
At some point I might do a comparison with a few other services but I’ve been quite happy with Epidemic thus far.
You are right it's a nice update ✌️
Sweet. Can’t wait for this as I do the same with several steps
Glad to see them bringing the plugin to more than just the Adobe suite.
great video, nice vox machina beanie as well haha
Thank you! Backed the kickstarter and that was one of the rewards. Pretty cool to see multiple seasons come from that.

How are you able to get those plug in…. On my account it’s greyed out
Do you mean on the Epidemic Sound side or Davinci Resolve?
Epidemic side sorry

It was my first time using a plugin like this under the workspace section too. Glad it was helpful and thanks for the sub!
