    Beautiful put video 🌱, what’s in the oil bottle you apply to your hair and scalp after the spray

      In the oil bottle I have melted shea butter with some coconut oil. I actually have a shorts video showing how I made it!! I ran out of my store bought oil so I was just experimenting.

    TFS! I'm trying to keep it simple but stay consistent so right now I'll spray my locs daily with my diy daily spray (water, Aloe Vera gel/juice, rosemary oil, vanilla or lemongrass oil for scent and vitamin e oil) and use either Jamaican Black Castor oil or Chebe oil to seal the moisture in and for a scalp massage.

      I really would want to try that rosemary oil omg- and vanilla oil?? I can only imagine how good that smells. I’m sayingggg aloe Vera is so powerful when it comes to hair and skin benefits. The way to go for sure!! I know your hair LOVES you.❤️❤️❤️❤️

      @@AncientSoul99 my loctician has her own oil blend with lemongrass and vanilla and smells so good so when I saw the benefits of rosemary oil I was like hmmmm paored with vanilla that should work and it's a beautiful scent. My hair really responds to it... funny I just had a wash day and I was saying how light and silky my hair feels

    • @AncientSoul99

      Wow I’d definitely be interested in that oil blend- your loctician is amazing for creating that- I can imagine how soft your hair feels when you use it and the beautiful scent. I might have to try a DIY version 😭😭😭

    How do you make your rosemary water? I like to make my own stuff if I can. Thanks in advance.

    • @AncientSoul99
      @AncientSoul99  2 месяца назад +1

      I don’t usually have extra funds to buy hair care things always so I do enjoy making my own. To make the rosemary water I just steam the rosemary herb in hot water (not from the tap) and place it in the fridge when it has cooled. It usually last long when it is chilled. I do the same process with Cloves which is my favorite. It’s super beneficial for hair health and I Loveee the scent! Pairing the two together is perfect.

      Can I just use the dried rosemary herb that I find bottled in the spice section at the supermarket? I usually have some at home for cooking.

    • @AncientSoul99
      @AncientSoul99  2 месяца назад +1

      Yes that can be used as well! As long as it’s pure rosemary with nothing extra added to it - it’s perfectly fine 😘

    • @marianbrown-haapasaari4256
      @marianbrown-haapasaari4256 2 месяца назад

      Do you use the fresh rosemary? That I can also find in the fresh produce section- so you just boil some water and then pour the hot water over the rosemary, right? 😊

    • @AncientSoul99
      @AncientSoul99  2 месяца назад +1

      Yess I usually get the rosemary at the market (I live in Jamaica) but I put the rosemary in a bowl that has a lid and pour the hot water all the amazingness will seep out into the water and the steam can’t escape as the lid is covering the bowl- bottle it up when it had cooled down and you have your own amazing hair refresher

    • @AncientSoul99
      @AncientSoul99  5 месяцев назад +2

      I’m sorry 😞 but perhaps you should try upping your internal water intake and will have to do extra maintenance as it seems your hair requires a bit more- try misting twice a day if normally you sprayed once- also incorporate hot oil treatment once a week with your favorite oil. Locs naturally had a dryer feeling to the touch than loose natural. I really hope you see a difference 💕💕💕💕🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾💐💐💐💐

    Queeeen!!!!!🫅🏿👑 I’m always so excited when I see your videos. Firstly your energy is just so amazing and your videos are very relaxing and calming. The background music and the video pair so well. Secondly, your hair is looking so healthy, it’s thriving. I also looobe aloe Vera especially for my retwists, but I wish I had as much as I’ve seen in your background. I’m currently using flaxseed, although I still haven’t retwisted yet. I’m so. curious about your rosemary concoction, how do you make it?

    • @AncientSoul99

      Thank you I’m always excited when I see you comment!!❤️❤️❤️ honestly the rosemary is nothing dramatic I just add some hot water to the herb as if I’m making tea. You can leave it overnight or a few hours and then I put it in the fridge to use later. I’m happy you enjoyed the video as well.😘😘😘

      @@AncientSoul99 is it easy ordering from Amazon to your country.
      It's pretty difficult here, the shipping alone is takes the cake for the entirety of the product even before you get the product itself

      I’m convinced now that Amazon is only easy ifffff you live in the US I have to go through a courier services that has a warehouse where all packages we order gets delivered to they then ship in down here and we collect it at their store but we have to pay a fee and sometimes it’s like you bought the product twice 😭😭😭 I HARDLY make Amazon purchase but oh how I wish it wasn’t so costly for simple things
