    what weight is that ball? i bought one 33 lbs slam ball. i think is heavy for noobs XD like me

      I think I was using a 3kg (7lb), which is what I use with all my new clients. It is enough weight to feel the body through the movements but not too much that you can't complete a full range of movement. All the best!
