Lovely video. I own a Godin Multiac Encore nylon.....mine is even the same Burnt Umber finish as this one. I do a solo voice/guitar act, and play into either a Fishman Loudbox mini amp, or a Fishman SA 330 PA. Pop/folk/rock music, and my Encore is very unique for this, but I get nice comments about it from listeners. I can't say enough good about it. Thanks for posting.
i learnt the first 2 minutes from this piece from sight (with a view small alterations), its the most technical and beautiful song i can play at the moment! :) also the godin multiac encore nylon is now on my wish list, lets hope il win the lottery soon...😂
Hi! Thank you, that's beautiful! If I ever have the time to Tap this piece of music, I will send it to you! The Godin multiac has gone up in price extremely. It costs nearly twice the money now.... I am not sure, if I would buy it again for that money. Ibanez is building the NylonElectric FRH10N. I did not have the chance to play one until now, but if you have the chance to try one, maybe this would be a good alternative. it costs less than 30% of the Multiac. Thanks for your nice comment! Have a good time!
I own one of this guitar and love playing it in church. I play rythm only so I use flat jazz strings and it adds a very dark punchy groove. Very nice sounding guitars. I am saving so I can purchase the nylon strings so I can play some flamenco rythm, does anyone know whether the nylon strings is good for rythm playing? 😁
Your playing is beautiful. What is the name of the song you played? I just ordered a Godin Multiac Encore (burnt umber) today. Listening to how beautiful you make it sound tells me I made the right choice.
Hi Terry, thanks for your comment! It is a composition of mine with some Improvisation. I did not give it a name. I love this guitar. The EQ of the pickup system is very powerful, you can adjust the sound very much to the amp you play. Just experiment a little, until you find the right setting for you. I am using flatwound Nylons now, as the pickup also picks up a lot of finger noise. Thats just a matter of taste, as always...but with flatwound strings you have very little fretboard finger noise. La Bella 900 Elite are a good choice. They are not expensive. The guitar is just beautiful. Have a peaceful Christmas time! Best regards, Erich
I'd love to own a Godin. Sounds great but how does the sound carry in a loud band. All my classical tend to get lost in a loud praise band and.I am the finger picker! Is it the same with these encores and would the RMC multiacstake care of that problem since each string has a pickup?
The sound of the Godin Multiac Encore carries very good in loud ensembles, depending on the kind of amplification you use. The guitar itself has a variety of options to "tune" your sound how you like or need it with the onboard eq and the blend of the two pickups. No feedback problems even at high volumes. Recently I played with a very loud drummer. Sounded good and loud enough. Somehow it always depends on the other members of the band. If there is s loud and dominant keyboard player who closes all the frequencies for the guitar with his sound, you have a problem with any kind of guitar. But trust Godin, they know what they are building those kind of electro acoustic guitars for. They do it really well. Best regards
I would second this positive review. I've owned a Multiac SA model and it very very well rounded. Sounds amazing. The only complaint I have is that you don't get the big low end acoustic tone, but again it's a trade off with having no feedback whatsoever. But it does sound amazing.
Thank you for your comment! I played some improvisation around a theme that came to my mind and fingers, which had no title yet. So lets call it "The beauty within". Best regards, Erich
This type of guitar lets you play your Nylon String Sound in a loud Band Situation without any feedback problems. Thats why it has a thin body without a soundhole. Depending on the quality of the Onboard Pickup and electronics, the sound feels natural... As an Acoustic Guitar, not plugged into an Amp it sounds of course thin. Only in combination with a good Acoustic Amplifier in a Band-Context it makes sense.

Suena bien!!
All the feedback on an acoustic happens in the low end.
nice tone.
Thanks!
Very nice sound. But the volume cursor looks like to be very low, while the last one is very higher

To play at home in a quiet place, the sound without plug it is good, no much volume of course, but still sounds ok…
What tension strings? Hard, medium?
Medium tension
welche Gitarrenstuck spielst du?
Hallo Paolo, das Stück ist eine Komposition von mir, so wie alle Stücke hier auf meinem RUclips Kanal "Gitarrezeit". Liebe Grüße, Erich
