    Question! How do you find vacant houses. Is it helpful to connect with realtors in order to find move outs?

    Just had the same type of job about a week ago. Involving a ton of paint on some hardwood floor. Great job on the hardwood floor. I was nervous about using the black pad but that was the only option without having to sand the paint off. But what is the 🎵 you played? Great tune for the morning

      did you use TM to extract?
      ** After seeing a complete wax gum in a destroyed Blower the only time I use TM extract for floor refinish is with white/red pad and use paint filter inside inline filter

    Great stuff! What do you recommend to get around the edges and corners when you're screening or using this SPP? Hit it with a small hand sander.. or?

    If you had to choose one CRB for your business and your choices were multi wash or Namco which one would you choose? I plan to purchase one of these for my business and plan to use it primarily for tile and grout cleaning but every now and then carpet.

    Do you clean them pads out after for another use? I found a deal on 10 pads, I’m trying to figure the lifespan of them.

      You can power-wash some of the pads, but some will be too gunked up or wore down. Spp pads are pretty thin, so they wear out quickly, but they do a great job. If you don't have a power-washer, bring them to one of those manual carwash places. Those pressure washers run at 1400 psi, so it takes longer, but still better then a garden hose or slop sink.

    Are the SPP pads the same as screen pads or less than screen pads??

    • @mikepeterson8037
      @mikepeterson8037 2 года назад

      No. They just scrub up the floor. Need a screen to remove polyurethane.
