Dissolver is a floor finish stripper. Squeaky is a low residue cleaner that removes residue. So yes, after the floor is stripped, follow up with Squeaky to remove the residue. The floor is then ready for recoating with Refinisher.
Everything is laid out in this video. The entire process is super simple. In fact, that's why we put this system together. There are links to all the wood floor care items in the video in the description. And if you have questions or need support, you can always contact us at Excellent Supply.
I have cleaned wood floors with white cotton type bonnets. I don't think you need a auto scrubber unless you are doing floor stripping. Someone tell me if I'm wrong.
True. The Dirt Dragon machine is great for higher production work on wood floors using a low volume of water along with recovering the dirty water. However, scrubbing with melamine pads and recovering/mopping the solution off the floor with bonnets is also a simple method that will work very well to service wood floors.
It's always a good idea, whenever there's a question, to test in a small area first to make sure you're getting the desired results. But I see no reason why it shouldn't work.
The Squeaky cleaner is mild and safe to work with. Whereas, IFT and Dissolver are stronger, so normal cautions should be implemented to avoid eye contact and limit skin exposure. For basic Coatings Safety Data Sheets, you can view them here. www.basiccoatings.com/sds

Is there a good resource to learn more about wood floor care. This is good video but I'm not confident to go out and work on someone's floor.
Here's a video showing how to apply the Basic Coatings Refinisher ruclips.net/video/qUQsU7HJDAk/видео.html

How often would a hardwood floor need to be cleaned and reapply the refinisher?
Depends on the wear. Cleaning should be done frequently. Recoating can be infrequent.
Awesome, 👍👍👍👍
Very nice Rick!! Can the wood floor brush and the white pad be used under a standard 20" rotary machine or no? Thank you!!
The Orbot wood floor brush could be used with a rotary machine - only if you're using a "velcro/style" 17" Malish Mighty-Lok driver.
This is what I've been waiting for! Is ther a
