Not a big fan of vintage homes, although they can be beautiful when renovated properly. Don't mind old floors that have been refinished, but definitely don't care for old brickwork! Looks rough and dirty to me. Thanks for the great advice, Drew Scott!
I was going to make the same comment about the bricks. I don't find them appealing, especially when they're crusty or crumbly-looking.
I would LOVE! a house like that foe my family! But we live in a small town near Vegas and with a bone cancer like disease I probably will never see my family happy in a home of our own. But its good to dream!

New subscriber. We built our house in 1989. We raised our kids and some adopted kids here and it shows. I think we are ready to sell. I'm so overwhelmed at what to do and what is priority to get repaired or replaced. Do you have some suggestions for some broken hearted empty nesters that need to move to something smaller?
