He tried to fake killing his teamate and that went wrong (he told parrot not to carry anything valuable and he left him a heart to use after dying, but he misunderstood that he was supposed to do all that and instead thought rek actually trapped him and blew up his base as revenge), he tried to get trapped and that went wrong, he tried to be cautious and that went wrong... he can't do anything right, even dying.
