This has to be the most powerful ever advert for a dash cam! Especally with the women screaming hysterically, and the completely contrasting, soft, soothing, gentle guitar music playing in the background. I really must buy one, living in our multi truth Britain!
Certainly a good reason to have a dash cam, especially if she gets violent. The accident itself is pretty clear without one. All the damage to her car will be on the front, and his car the side.
It isn’t just their fault. My wife and I got t boned off the road by a driver coming through a give way sign. She admitted she’d hit the accelerator rather than the brake because she’d panicked. She wrote off two cars and put my 8 month pregnant wife and me in hospital. The police took absolutely no action because they said it wasn’t in the public interest. They even had the fucking audacity to question our insurance. When you have a police service that chooses not to prosecute law breakers and then harasses those who question the decision, any concept of justice evaporates and shitheads continue to thrive.
@Mark Jeffers My desire for revenge is tempered by looking at the matter objectively. She didn’t intend to cause an accident. She made a very stupid mistake for which she should have received a fine and some points off her license at minimum. The fact that she didn’t is solely down to the police, who, for whatever reason, most probably funding, failed to see the matter through. There was never any malice or intent from the driver, just a failure by police to act appropriately. Nobody died. The police were out of order and should have done better. For all that, I’m not about to start harassing people for the faults of others. We caused the police more shit that they bargained for in the ensuing months, lawyers and judges got involved and whatever hassle they saved themselves in the first instance came back and cost them a lot more in the long run. Sometimes, a subtle approach is better.
I know that one. Had a gf of four years make out with someone out clubbing. Happened a few times apparently… “Why are you so mad? What the fuck is up with you? God you’re a downer” Yeaaaah off you fuck.

You need to blur off all faces, plates and streets, after that, those footages will be declared as "Edited" and not elegibles to demonstrate nothing.
The UK has the 4th highest insurance costs in the world. I suppose one of the reasons behind it is more accidents and claims etc therefore footage is must when supplying evidence in court. Especially with the amount of insurance scams going on too, which is another reason why our insurance costs on average is high.
Well it was his fault too. My instructor always told me "having right of a way doesn't mean you get right of a way" I'm slowing down on every crossroad regardless if I have the right or not. I'm not going to trust humans to do what they should do and not do what they shouldn't do. That's being naive.
I drove safely without an accident for almost 30 years. In the last several years, every accident I have been involved in or even just stopped because I was a witness to it, had some moron on their cell phone. I saw one of them in my mirror, while I was stopped behind a school bus WITH FLASHING LIGHTS. She hit me full speed, never looked up from her phone. Another guy hit the car behind me. She had to stop in a hurry (we were on a country road with lots of wildlife, I braked and she had to stop to not hit me. She didn't hit me, but the guy on the phone behind her blew off a red light AND was going at least ten over when he hit her. No surprise, his phone was in his hand when he got out of the car. Later, when we went to court about the tickets and were waiting to testify in front of the judge, the moron STILL couldn't put his phone down, despite the signs and Bailiffs telling him to do so. I was very glad to point that out to the judge. He also admitted that his dad was was buying him a new car, after he totaled the first (expensive) one. Some people never learn.
@Mark Jeffers nah, I won't bother to get her address, the civil case I'm going to make will get her, in a normal case I would've said oops, sh!t happens and let insurance sort it out, but because of her shitty attitude I will have I try at court

The signs that matter are the large triangular “give way” signs plus the stopping lines at the junction on her road, both of which she totally ignored as she shot straight through the junction and side swiped the poor driver.
Hey there Internet stranger, do you fancy helping out a random Internet blind guy and explain how the crash happened please? It would be greatly appreciated if you could 👍
Yes it is and it’s not because the driving test is not hard enough it’s mostly because drivers just think that doing things for the test is just for the test. The amount of times I have argued with people about mirror checks being important and steering with one hand. And I have to say most people don’t look or plan any further than one car and follow like sheep. What I think is after passing your first test you should only get it valid for 3 years just like the Rospa and Diamond tests. If you are not at the standard to drive safely and observe the roads then you should not be driving. Driving is not a requirement in life it takes skill and shouldn’t be accepted as something you can get for 70 years after 45 minutes driving.
I had one fail to give way to me the other day on my motorcycle and instead of seeing if I was ok they abused me threating to kill me felt like twilight zone
I basically have the same reaction. The more people go over the top the more chill I get. At a point it's just comical. These people screaming their hearts out and you just laugh and watch them go off
Seeing as she immediately came towards the guy screaming with her phone in her hand and calling, i geuss we can all make an educated guess what caused the accident to happen in the first place.
@Joe Bloggs Assuming because of her mixed race the dad wasn't in the picture? It's mostly an issue in the black communities in America, not everywhere. And what says the dad was black?
It's hilarious how the woman that blew the yield sign is screaming "how dare you" at the guy that was peacefully cruising along at 21mph doing nothing wrong.
It's funny because I sometimes also behave this way when something arises in traffic (no, fortunately no accidents, but usually very close calls with idiots in cars, on mopeds or pedestrians). Usually the more frantic someone is or gets, the more I laugh about it and just look at the other person like 'wtf is your problem...' When the other person starts swearing slightly or acting aggresive, I usually lose my patience as well. This woman was just out of her mind and would fall in my first category ;)
The victim sitting silently in his car with his peaceful music still playing when this furious creature appears besides the "Give way" sign swearing at him ... a work of art.
The driver of the car who had the right of way, did not respond in any way to the other car approaching and did not appear to brake at any stage. He should not have collided with the parked car if he was paying attention to the road and driving with due care and attention.
Just an indictment of driving standards in the UK. She should hand her license in and start walking or taking the bus, by no means should she ever be in control of another vehicle, not even a bicycle.

She then proceeded to yell and scream at me, then yell and scream at bystanders for trying to help me. I recorded her carrying on, she went to the police and launched a false hit and run report and provided my details to them, the same insurance details I had given her.
@Mark Jeffers
My desire for revenge is tempered by looking at the matter objectively.

She forced her way into a roundabout and overtook me on a single lane as I exited the roundabout which gave her a tiny scratch on her car.
She then proceeded to yell and scream at me, then yell and scream at bystanders for trying to help me.
I recorded her carrying on, she went to the police and launched a false hit and run report and provided my details to them, the same insurance details I had given her.
Police called me into the station to give my side of events so I showed them a video of her proclaiming how she was going to ruin my life.

Look at 0.30. She has the double white dashed line in front of her on the road and THAT means give way (by stop or slowed rolling observation). Also she is OVER the single white central line, so her drivers side is officially on the wrong side of the road. 2 elementary driving errors right there.
He has the official right of way. 100% her fault. Driving without due care and attention, plus causing an accident.
And imagine if this innocent car driver would have been a motorcyclist...

She'd be shouting at someone lying on the ground.
Had one like that round here. Woman pulled out onto fast road without looking; motorcyclist went straight into side of car at speed. Rider was catapulted over top of car, bike well embedded into it. I’ll have to TOTALLY disagree with that one based on my own experience. My wife was stopped at a red light and a woman hit by wife in the back with her BMW. The woman claimed that my wife backed up into her. My wife called me to come to the scene. I get there and she said it to me very calmly and with a smirk on her face as I questioned if she expected me to believe that.
