I would go for the Sport Classic. Like you mentioned earlier, it rides really good on the road whereas as far as I remember the Gt3 and its Touring variant have stiffer suspension and that is a no go for me.

As far as I know, the gearbox locks 7th gear unless you’re going from 6th so that you don’t go 4th > 7th
