Experimentation is what it's all about. No reason crab can't work in a quesadilla! I'm a big fan of brown meat, it's a shame that's the fattier part. I need to try more fish in different foody settings. They look really good Brandon!
The great thing about these is really you can sub in what ever you want and make something completely different. Its most likely gonna be good. Buffalo chicken quesadillas sound pretty good.

Have you heard of this company and do you believe that they have a higher quality whey isolate than other companies. I am currently looking for a new whey protein and am not sure what to move to; I currently am taking the Amplified Whey 60 Platinum from GNC, thoughts?

Templeture in my area is 34 celcious and the summer starts in one month. I start swetting in the gym a lot more than usual when lifting. So do i burn more calories? However I remember in your old videos you would Press and then bench, squat and then deadlift, etc. Whereas in the book it says just to do a press day (531, then 5 X 10), etc. Any particular reason why you chose to do this? Yes, melts pretty well when you cook it, just don't want to cook it for too long or too hot or y ou'll burn it!
Brings the flavors together, crisps the tortilla and melts the cheese.

I think the cream cheese is more spreadable, but you could probably use that as well.
