Awesome! Good Luck, it was a fun weekend project. There are also dimensions of the flag on google that you can use to scale up to the size of the flag you want.

Looks very meticulous and precise, great job! What are the dimensions of your project and what material did you use?

Thanks for watching and hope you enjoyed the very tedious process. I used a standard 3x5' flag size for this project. I watched someone construct the same thing out of various thicknesses of wood. I used 1/4" poplar wood. Its soft and easy to make those precise cuts. I ultimately went with 1/4" and lightweight because the area I was hanging could not be screwed into. I had to use 3M 15lb tape to hang the board. However, I would caution that 1/4" is very thin and can splinter when making those cuts. Pick your poison I guess. Sanding does the job, but adds an additional step. I used gorilla glue to glue the several pieces to the board.
For Paint I went to Home Depot and got the sample sizes.
      Ultra Pure White PPU18-06
      Sunburst PPU6-03
      Black Mocha PPU24-01
      Fire Cracker PPU2-16
Hope this helps and have fun. Go Maryland!
