I have followed you for a long time, and just wanted to say you are an awesome guy. I have not started physical transition yet, everyone is having a hard time accepting me wanting to change. But my mom sat with me and watched the vids you and your mom made together. It meant a lot it helped both of us. My mom for the first time called me by my chosen name on Christmas. Thank you for helping us both.
You look so happy at the end, I love it... I will definitely go ahead with trying to get top surgery. My chest is the worst thing that bothers me daily, and I love your results. :D

Surgical scars typically take about 2 years to fade to a fairly reasonable extent and they will fade a lot more after a few more years. Guy nipples will pop out and get erect, just not as much as a girl's. Some guys even get puffies which can be embarrassing but it happens. Warning, don't freak out of you ever lactate. What many people won't tell you is that some guys will occasionally lactate slightly, especially if they are very sexually active. Often they don't even know it is happening and no testosterone will not necessarily prevent it. In some men, prolonged stimulation can cause lactation. I know of at least one trans male who did not know about this and totally freaked out when he found wet spots on his T-shirt. Even a lot of doctors are not aware of this.

I seriously cannot wait to get top surgery. For the scar issue (which originally had me scared of surgery) is now something I'm not too afraid of. I plan on using Dermablend or some other waterproof concealer to hide them until they fade on there own (for the most part anyway). Your chest is looking great and I'm happy that you're happy :) You're a real hero for me and an inspiration to be myself.

I'm not out but top surgery is something is cannot wait for. When I get it I don't even know how happy I am going to feel but I know it will be hard to put into words how happy i will feel.
