i did the setup on my tornado v2 and its amazing !!
whenever I add mystic to a slow cube it feels good
and im so glad the spring sound is gone from my cube it sounds and feels so much better

Finally got my angstrom dignitas and try this yoo cube setup on my tornado v3. Looks like going to be my lube setup from now on. 😊
hi, i know that its kinda late but i am thinking about buying the same lubes for my tornado v3 too, and i would like to hear your thought about it, my main concern about it that it might not be as fast as i would like it to be, if you got lubes can you please describe me how does it feel, slow fast gummy and all of that. thank you
@@MisterBluby I would say it’s smooth and fast. Which the feel that I like. After breaking in, it seems too fast for me. So I add a bit more weight 5 on the pieces to slow it down.
When I apply the lubes initially, I didn’t overdo it so that I can adjust it to my liking better.
I also use the same lube setup on my WRM V9 ball core and GAN 13. Still my preferred lubes setup to get that smooth and fast feeling.

I put the yoo lube setup on my pioneer v3 and it feels so much slower, I don't think I like it

@@troysweere2417 it looks like way too much lube if you ask me, i would only apply weight 5 to the springs and half as much dignitas on the piece he pulled out and none anywhere else
I really like that there are three versions now cause i really wanted the original Yoo cube but i couldnt but it cause of Budget problems

@@radin_mammudu I agree, that’s why I didn’t like that they started selling their premium cube logos… it devalues premium cubes, and it becomes easy to fake premium cubes to flip on eBay.
On that note however, I’ve always preferred setting up cubes the way I want, it’s not that hard, as long as you have the slower set of lubes on the tracks it’s hard to go wrong necessarily with any setup… that being said, it’s easy to assume based off of the lubes listed on the product page where each of them go.

If you have a cube from factory, should I clean out the pre installed lube first? Or can I just add this on top of whatever was there already

I haven't tried any of them so im not 100% sure, but without weight 5 it will probably be too fast and uncontrollable.

nah man if u want fast use weight 1, btw speedcube shop has some good lubes aswell if u need them like lunar or stardust

You shouldn’t have to change because the settings never change. But if you’re curious he says it in his own vid about the yo cube

Is this necessary for all cubes? I didn't know you had to use like 3 different lubes and be so precise with the applications.
Nah, I just use Traxxas 50k
you don't have to, it is just the setup that I prefer :)

Jusr ignore it the reason to add weight 5 to springs is to get rid of the spring noise and make the cube quieter maglev doesnt have that problem

phil, i was wondering if i could add this setup to other cubes. i have the tornado v3 and i would like to add the setup to my tornado.

@@ironagentm544 no one replied so I just added the lube. SO here’s the results the tornado and it feels a bit slow. Since the Moyu 2021 wrm maglev and original is a fast cube, the lubes are meant to slow it down. But the tornado isn’t fast out of the box, so the lube makes the cube feels very slow. I recommend adding: DNM37 + weight 5 to achieve a fast feel or Dignitas + DNM37 to achieve more of a controllable feel. (I just cleaned it out)
A heads up for tornado v3 cubers, be very careful adding weight 5! The v3 is not a super fast cube to start so if you add to much your cube will feel very slow. I added it to the springs and it not something that can be cleaned out after very easily after done. I'd almost suggest only adding it to the pieces only to see if you get the desired feel.

I love the yoo cube echo but for my country It's alot I can nearly afford rs3m 2020 so hope and pay that I win
So I did this exact setup on my Gan 12 maglev and now it feels really sticky. It’s still useable but almost feels like a layer of glue in between. Makes it really controllable and still can turn fast but in my opinion it has a really unsatisfying feeling. Any reasons why? Reckon I overlubed with weight 5 or something?
Hi, I have the same experience as you except i did it on the tornado v3 pioneer. Except i didn't even use the weight 5. The cube is slow and it is disappointing. I reckon it's the dignitas that made the cube super sticky. Just stick to your original setup next time.
But what if you have maglev?
I did everything u said to my 1x1 cube, but it didnt work! the lube is all over my hand!!
