My son also has digestive problems I've been giving him prune juice twice a day and have seen him less moody.

It’s overall calories that cause weight gain, not sugar. Lower his calories and he will lose weight. It doesn’t matter where the calories come from.

The sugar is in regards to his pre diabetes. We need to cuz sugar or he will become diabetic
