2023 - 2024 is a very great year for Solar eclipses 2023 had Hybrid eclipse and annular eclipse while 2024 had total solar eclipse hybrid solar eclipse and an annular eclipse in the same year is absolutely insane.
Frr anyways It been a long time seen's I saw ur videos you should definitely show the 2024 eclipse cause I miss how you talked about all these coming events 😭😭
There are 7 main types of eclipses: Penumbral Lunar Eclipse, Partial Lunar Eclipse, Total Lunar Eclipse, Partial Solar Eclipse, Annular Solar Eclipse, Hybrid Solar Eclipse. Penumbral Lunar Eclipse:A Penumbral Lunar Eclipse occurs when the Moon passes into Earth’s penumbra, or lighter shadow. During a penumbral lunar eclipse the Moon will look slightly dimmer than normal, but it will not really be noticeable unless you are looking for it. A Partial Lunar Eclipse occurs when part of the Moon passes into Earth’s umbra, or darker shadow. During a partial lunar eclipse, the full moon will look like it has a chunk missing, the moon does not turn red like it does during a total lunar eclipse because the lighter part of the moon outshines the darker part. A Total Lunar Eclipse occurs when the entire Moon passes into Earth’s umbra, or darker shadow. During a partial lunar eclipse, the Moon will get dimmer and may take on a brown, red, or orange tint. A Partial Solar Eclipse occurs when the Moon’s penumbra, or partial shadow touches down on the Earth, but the umbral/antumbral shadows do not. During a partial solar eclipse, the moon passes in front of part of the sun. An Annular Solar Eclipse occurs when the Moon appears to pass directly in front of the Sun, but does not cover the Sun completely because it is too far away. There appears to be a “ring of fire” around the Moon. The Annular phase of the eclipse is only visible along a narrow path of annularity. A Total Solar Eclipse occurs when the Moon’s umbra, or total shadow, falls on the Earth. A person in the umbra will see the sun entirely disappear, it will go dark, and the corona will be visible. Only during this total phase is it safe to look at the sun without eye protection. A Hybrid Solar Eclipse, or an Annular-Total Solar Eclipse is the rarest type of eclipse. A hybrid solar eclipse occurs when the Moon’s antumbra ouches down on the Earth, then as it progresses over Earth’s surface, the duration of the annular solar eclipse gets very short and the antubmra becomes the umbra because the path goes over parts of the Earth that are slightly closer to the moon than others.
@@Meanderonthemoon and ive only seen solar eclispe and partial lunar eclispe since the moon set behind clouds all i saw was the moon disappearing before it turns red. But thanks for the info hope to witness them all!!!
