There is no time travel. this is canonical. the watchman was in the episode. he only appears in important events that cannot be taken back and as Cable said "not again" it means that he tried many times and failed. because it's a paradox. he doesn't become the Cable we know if this event doesn't happen
That's not correct. It depends what timeline the event is. If it's a "native" 'timeline than the events that was witnessed by the Watcher can be reversed or changed.
If anyone really cared about Rogue, all they'd have to do was get their hands on a collar for whenever she wanted to play Follow the Queen with Remy, or whoever. Those collars have been popping up since Genosha was being formed. Gambit even had a key. -_-
Why would she want to wear a collar when making love to gambit? Think about how humiliating that is. That being said I feel like they could modify it into a bracelet or something 😅

@@MarcosSSRN The point that's been made in the past is that it can be made an option for some mutants whose powers are too extreme. Even in the show, when they thought there was a "cure," Rogue made to choice to go through with it. It wasn't forced on her. (though, in that instance, it was just Apocalypse fooling mutants into serving him). Xavier once secretly sent Wolverine to kill a kid whose mutant power killed anyone who looked at him, even for sec. Wouldn't a collar have been a better option? Or was a mercy killing the only way to go?

That wasn't Dr. Cecilia Reyes, it's Cypher! They do look alike, but Reyes' power is a force field, while Cypher has ghost-like powers and can pass through walls.
Btw do you know who the apple seller was? He might be made up for the episode, but I've been wondering if he's from the comics.
