I have a 2021 and I think just enjoy the car just do some wheels suspension and wait it out but your right it wont be long technology moves fast and tuning Supras is in high demand 😎

I don’t get what some people’s problem is with a JB4. I’m throwing a JB4 on my 2021 M2 Competition next week. The JB (Juice Box ) tune has been around for 15 years. I have never heard of anyone blowing up their engine and if they did it was because they probably did something stupid. Go with the JB4, it’s easy and Safe to install.
Yep wanting, if someone can unlock the ecu then switchable muti maps from a phone or handheld should be not far behind. Maybe this summer...... fingers crossed
You can throw any tune on the DME, custom or shelf. Like you said you can only run 1 tune which Is slightly annoying. I have M2C with the latest lock in Australia. running a custom stage 2. once they figure out how to make BM3, MHD work I will be jumping ship.

Which tune are you referring to? My Mhd? I always drive in sport mode, the car starts in it and stays in. But I haven’t had any issues with my tune or driving modes

I'm using this time of inflated used car prices and locked ECUs as a sign to hold off on a MK5 supra. But once it happens, it'll be parked in my garage next to the S3
Car looks really good with both set of wheels. Me personally like the black ones, just because the tires look meaty, more line track set up. Saw a 2020 white Supra on a dealer, and is messing my brain up!!
Falkens are cheaper and less road noise. I can’t really comment on r888 because I don’t run them, but from what I’ve researched..the track guys go after the rt660 because you can burn through them and not your wallet.
I'm waiting for the unlock to have a customized tune. I'm not shipping my ECU to Europe. I've tricked my mind into thinking that 2023 will be the year this DME get cracked. That way I have a while before I can be let down. But at least this is a step in the right direction.

One tune isn’t going to work for all. You re correct, the tuner needs to understand what the driver wants

2023 is almost over and shipping the ECU to Fento in Finland is still the only way to unlock it.
