Meet Nicole "Nikki" Ward @iamthe_nicole a multi-talented woman who has made a name for herself in various industries. Born to immigrant parents from Jamaica, Nicole is the first-generation American in her family. She spent her earlier years in Kingston, Jamaica, before moving back to the United States. At the age of 11, Nicole started her professional modeling and acting courses, which she continued until the age of 19.
After pursuing her dreams in the entertainment industry, Nicole transitioned into the corporate world and became an insurance executive. However, she later decided to follow her entrepreneurial spirit and became the owner of a successful trucking and logistics company.
Nicole's dedication to empowering women led her to co-found the African American Woman Trucking Association @aawta_org, a non-profit organization that provides support, development, and resources for African American women and women of color in the trucking industry.
