I am student as of now but your tutorials and your willingness to use the free brushes is so admirable that I want to and will be supporting you as much as I can. Your tutorials are not just good, they are amazing! Thank you for putting out all of this for free for everyone! It is admirable!
Just finished this one- awesome tutorial and James takes the time to explain things so you really understand as opposed to blindly following but not understanding the concepts. A+++ tutorial!
Looking forward to doing this one too. I can't do water very well or trees for that matter but I do love creating mountains. I hope you do more mountain scenes.
Excited to take this one on. The scene reminds me of the Grand Tetons, for sure, here in the states. Literally, I stood at a spot referred to as Jackson Lake that you’ve added. I have my own photography that I could use here and combine the teachings. I will be adding down trees since nature would call for that in my scene. Even from my old painting of the Grands, I’ll be adding teepees and a busy community mulling about. Thanks for the time put in for this great work of art!
that's awesome all details are excellent!! it's looking so realistic and beautiful!! lovely artwork!! you are so good at artworks! keep up the good work what more from you being awesome.
I would love to see a BTS as a fellow creator. Are you shooting on a DSLR top down setup or do you have a special way of doing it? Your lighting is on point. Love the content, learning so much more about Procreate.
Hey James! Great job. Very detailed video, thanks for it. Could you please let us know the similar app which is available for free of cost? It would be really helpful.
Great video as always but I’ve noticed You put the light on the right side of the mountain but no shadow on the snow on the opposite side of the mountain? Is that for any particular reason?
The absence of light is a shadow. No need to make snow dark as it’s hyper reflective and picks up ambient light from all around so it remains whiteish, just not as bright as the bit facing the light
Hello, since the update, my aurora brush is different from yours. Now I am stuck making the tree as I can't make it from the new aurora brush...please help. May I know what is your aurora setting brush is? Thank you..😊
My to big problem is that your iPad is bigger then mine, so how far do you zoom out when making your art pieces and when I go make the reflection, for the water is not coming out the way/ not quite evenly.
So do you guys see when he draws the pen on the screen has a little like weird design where it shows up on screen idk how to explain how do I get that💀

Bob Ross only got me started many years ago. James takes this painting thing to a whole new level. Can’t wait to make a go at it.

Ah fantastic glad you can relate to it 😊
Really cool going with no sun in this one. Slightly different change of pace.
I’m conscious of being repetitive, but I do love the contrast and glow of a sun in the sky lol
fabulous as ever
Thank you 😊

Hi there, great work man ! Big fan !
I’m planning to buy an iPad Pro 11. Do you think it will be big enough for such a work like you do ?
What’s your Patreon link?

Which color profile is better using on procreate?

Whats the difference between ‘pinching’ layers together vs ‘merge down’ ? Thx
Nothing really just that pinching might be quicker especially if you are merging lots of layers
Great 💗
Thank you 😊

I wish many more artists would use the default brushes as well. Making their own is a money grab. It’s not right.
Glad it’s appreciated 🙏
