The layers would be soluble or insoluble that can't be predicted but like in carbs for Benedict and fehling.. blue color will pertain... And in the protein one , there will be no involvement of blue color.. since it will naturally appear due to the vitriol... But if you see na closely there would be a light purple color when observed...🙃
