Popeyes has a great chicken sandwich and I have recreated my version of this is delicious sandwich. It is made with a juicy chicken breast then battered and fried. The coating is light and crispy and cooked to perfection.

More people need to start doing this home cooking because it's ridiculous at Popeye's. I refuse to follow the craze

You're right but that sandwich at Popeyes is good though. I've been eating it before it got famous now they're talking about taking it off of the menu. People are going to have to start making their own chicken sandwiches.

I just got through making popeyes chicken sandwiches. It's not my first time but lord today it seem like it took forever. Maybe because I had my kids helping lol. But yes they where delicious.

Just for this one sandwich deep fat frying would be ok. The crust you are looking for can not be achieved in that airfryer.

Yes. You can make your own by using whole milk and vinegar. For every one cup of milk add one tablespoon of vinegar. Mix then let it stand for 10 minutes.

Until it reached a certain temperature, but i will just wait until i think its done
