Florida's becoming overly gentrified, and because Fla. has no mountains to prevent building in certain areas....the whole state is slated to be built over and developed....a really devastating hurricane would delay the whole thing though.
San Diego also does not have anywhere near as much new construction as Naples FL relitive to population. San Diego is also a far more established and mature region with far more well preserved historic architecture.
