I eat a lot of fiber....should I throw a fiber supplement before a meal? I take apple cider vinegar pills 1/2 hour prior to eating a high carb meal. It really blunts any insulin response according to my continuous glucose monitor. Could the fiber supplement improve that effect? Doesn't sound dangerous to try so....I think I will give it a try. @@flywesleybyrd Even if that's true, I feel better without it. If I knew for sure that eating a stick of butter every day would make me live for 1000 years and keep me looking young, I still wouldn't eat it. The less fat I eat, both saturated and unsaturated, the better I feel.
Plant based diet wreaks havoc on some people's stomachs. Why? And when they going to meat based diet their stomachs seem to heal. Why?
