I love my GX in blue Which i bought from you. I phoned and asked some technical questions which I was pleased to receive technical answers which were specific to what i needed to know before i bought it. On receipt of my bike i had a less than effective front brake I don't blame anyone but it probably was downside down and on it's sides being delivered.. I have a marine engineering background and when i spoke with a technician asking what the exact brake fluid was as i would bleed it myself. He told me what i needed to know. My bike is in Orkney. 700 miles north of your shop. You were as a whole package helpful informative fast efficient and most of all your aftersales help was way better than the Gocycle helpline who just were stupid and read a script telling me just to send it back to be fixed. I then called the shop directly and a hour later my brakes were perfect. I 100% recommend Fully Charged
