From the visible damage it's certain this was not even close to an EF5. The NWS is the only federal agency with authority to provide official tornado EF Scale ratings after examination of damage. Indications of EF5 damage are; EDITED - (winds above 200 mph, 322 km/h), strong frame houses lifted off foundations and carried considerable distances to disintegrate; automobile sized missiles fly through the air in excess of 500 meters; trees completely debarked; steel re-enforced concrete structures badly damaged or totally disintegrated. Foundations of all houses wiped clean. The last EF5 was Moore, OK in 2013.
Thank you for posting this. Definitely not an ef5. It doesn't matter for an anecdotal video like this, but still, better to tell the truth for historical and informational accuracy for those interested/affected by tornadoes.
My gosh Brad, I'm sorry y'all had to go through this, but thank goodness y'all are ok! I found your channel of course through Flair's, and I really enjoy your content. You folks are in our prayers for sure! God bless y'all!!

I seen the video on Flairs channel and was coming over to check on you. Glad you guys are ok prayers for you all. A random tornado touched down in Sunbright Tennessee a couple weeks ago and destroyed my wife's family's home. I have done a lot of work rebuilding behind them over the years. Mother nature is a weird force of destruction. So thankful you are safe. My grandmother and uncle and aunt were killed in a tornado in mossy Grove Tennessee in November 10th 2002. I am terrified of them now.
Wow Brad, my heart goes out to all of you. I am so glad you all safe, man all the work that needs to be done will take months and all gone in minutes. All the best, i know you will pull through this in time. Keep strong

That's why we do concrete shelters in our houses. Glad you are safe!
Note to self and others, put things you'll need post storm inside your safe room. If your outbuilding was destroyed and blown away then all your cables and necessary tools would have been gone too. Thankfully I placed some small things like charging cables and a solar power pack into a large backpack just in case. I needed everything after the storm and was glad I did it.
thank you for this video, don't think many people in England have this sort of insight into the power of Tornados...good luck re building your lives after this terrible event!
My aunt is in Blair. Not sure how far you are from there. She lost a window but seems minimal damage luckily for them. She said her neighbors house is half gone. So glad you are all ok.
There were multiple tornadoes that touchdown, but most of the damage is south of the Blair downtown area
So sorry to see this. Glad everyone is ok. Like you said, things are replaceable people aren’t. Best of luck with the repairs!

My ❤goes out to you and everyone hit. I was hit by strong f2-3 in 2020. It’s devastating. Glad you and your family are safe. Just destroyed my trees roof and everything outside and good chunk of my little town. We were lucky. No deaths here.
