Love these guys! Actually purchased through them recently the Yealink BH72 and I absolutely love it. These guys made my purchase experience so easy and offered the best price. Highly recommend purchasing your headset with these guys!
One more thing I think it is important in world where USB C becomes standard, it is important to point out that USB-C dongle on Yealink BH72 comes free of charge. On other manufacturers it is not always the case. I think that could be point of testing, connectivity, for your future reviews.
How many usb-c ports does your laptop have? how many USB-A? Also, usb-c is good for high bandwidth such as for file transfers or connecting a 4k monitor. Why would you need a usb-c dongle? 😅
Hi Jeff, hopefully soon! Still haven't heard the exact date. The only difference though will be the BH76 will have ANC in the speakers. Everything else we found was identical.
Did you find that when you use the Yealink BH72 with the included dongle, the audio lags like when watching a RUclips video? But when you connect it via the computer/laptop's Bluetooth module, it's fine.
@@HeadsetAdvisor like when watching a video of someone talking, the video will show them saying a word before I hear the sound of the word. Like there’s a delay. This only happens with the dongle but not with my device’s built-in Bluetooth.
@@YeboMate that’s not normal. Did you buy from an authorized reseller? We’re hearing all kinds of issues like this from grey market products sold online.
Is this HW update or SW update? Since I ordered one like 2 weeks ago and I wait for them to arrive. Should I expect it updated? Still think they are best choice, pricepoint, design and quality. I had jabra evolve 65 and evolve 2 65 in previous company and tried Yealink and they feel solid with some metal parts and especially nice in gray color. Direct comparison you did on evolve 2 65 and bh72 helped me make decision...since barking dogs on 90dB is edge case for me. 😊
When the headset arrives it should be updated, but worst case scenario you can run an update by downloading Yealink USB Connect, which we advise downloading anyway. www.yealink.com/en/product-detail/usb-connect-management Glad we could help you make a good buying decision.
It's compatible and should work with RingCentral for call control. If ordered from us, please contact us so we can assist, otherwise you'd want to contact Yealink to see if they can help find a resolution.

When is the BH76 coming out?! It’s been like forever. That’s the one I’m waiting for. Or do you think BH72 will have the same mic quality?

When you say lag, how do you mean?

Although these are very nice headsets. remote call control does not work with Ring Central

Hey guys, is the yealink bh72 compatible with the late macbook air models?
Hi David, as long sa you have a USB-A port or port you can convert to USB-A then the BH72 will work fine.
@@HeadsetAdvisor Cool, thanks for your feedback. So, basically with a usb-c to usb-a adapter I should be good? Macbook air m2 only has 2 usb-c ports
