Cool! Next stop, part 2!
This looks good, but as further cruelty, you should've had Momo being fatter, the parents forcing her to eat fattening foods to make more diamonds, screwing with her metabolism. Can you draw women with bigger builds, if you can't that's fine.
Mr. Sugar and Tapeman are my favorites for sure. Street-level villains don't get too much love but sometimes it's nice to have someone that's not a serial killer or planning world-domination. They're just two hustlers that managed to do real well for themselves and dress sharply.
They really do look awesome, don't they? :)
Sato’s villain origin story feels so realistic, having to pirate and sell food supplies just to sustain himself and his family. I bet Momo would be sympathetic to it given how her powers are fueled in a similar way, though she’d feel envious at how much better his family treated him compared to her abusive parents.
On a more serious note, I could see Momo’s parents forcing her to overuse her powers, then making her binge food to regain her energy only to comment on her appearance/weight if she overeats 😠. It would totally ruin Momo’s self-esteem and any confidence in her appearance at a young age, and maybe her revealing costume would partly be her attempt to try and embrace her beauty despite her insecurities.
I’m going off on tangents now lol, but your artwork and backstories are spawning such cool ideas. Fantastic work on these, can’t wait for Part 2!!

I'm pretty shure Tsuyu as a villain also has the powers of poison and drug creation from frogs.

It's an interesting idea (you could even do the opposite by drawing the villains as heroes) and I liked the designs although my favorites are Aoyama, Sero (although simple), Ojiro and Momo, by the way, Momo's design was very beautiful and this detail in the clothes and makeup were very good and the white fringe in the hair was a very nice touch and went well with the design, It even reminded me of Rogue from the X-Men, I know it will take a while to get to Tokoyami, Kirishima, Jirou, Kaminari, Iida, Uraraka, Ashido, Todoroki, Bakugou and Deku (and even Big 3) but I hope their designs are one of the best and coolest

I cannot get over Ojiro's villain look. He looks so thug life, and the spiked collar on his tail would make for such a BRUTAL mace as he swings it.
Also, I would absolutely love to see this same kind of concept done for the Jujutsu Kaisen cast. Redesign Sorcerers as Curse Users and vice versa. Think it would be fantastic.

Speaking of MHA, i suggest class 1A and MHA Villains as One Piece Pirates. I just wanna see how goofy the Doofenschmirtz-esque ReDestro would be in OP style

Ojiro's original character desing is, officially, inspired to that of *Star Wars Jedi.*
An "evil" version of him should, therefore, follow the syle of *Star Wars Sith.*

To be honest, Mineta is the only one that feels like it could and should have gone that way. Seriously, the people who let a perv like him in a school to become a hero...
Anyways, they're all pretty stunning to look at in their own way. My favorites are probably Invi and Tapeman in terms of design, and Grape Head in terms of how believable this is.
Can’t wait to see the rest-
My personal favourite are:
1. Ojiro, the ninja look to him just looks badass and very menacing
2. Momo, love the addition of the white bangs and red makeup making her look more fierce
3. Tsuyu, there’s something uncanny and eerie the way you draw her. She straight up looks unhinged and possessed-
Love how most of them turned to the dark side due to their tragic backstories excluding Mineta-
Heath Ledger Joker once again said it best: “All it takes is just one bad to reduce the sanest of men to lunacy”

Izuku Midoriya, Villain Name: *One For All-* After having been given One For All and being told that he could be a hero by his idol, it only hurt all the more when All Might was killed- ambushed by the villain *All For One* and several other villains. Thorough investigation by him and his allies revealed a web of lies, corruption, and betrayal, leading to a horrifying revelation: the Hero Public Safety Commission had been infiltrated and taken over by All For One after several of it's members went rogue, letting the villain discover the Symbol of Peace's secret identity and set up the ambush that ended his life. Knowing that the Symbol of Evil had infiltrated the government and that any hero would simply be controlled, Midoriya left U.A. and dived into the dark underworld to hunt down his mentor's killer. Taking the name *One For All* to strike fear into All For One, Midoriya will move forward to exert justice, no matter what he needs to sacrifice in order to do it- even if he loses his morality and wellbeing in the process

The reason why Bakugo became a villain:
Everyone found out that be bullied Izuku and told his childhood friend to jump off a building. Enraged, the BakuSquad disbanded and cut their ties with him. All Might eventually found out and began showing compassion towards Midoriya. Principal Nezu also heard the news and expelled Bakugo from UA Academy. With nowhere to go, Bakugo tries to go home but Mitsuki kicks her son out of the house. With his dreams of being a hero shattered and crushed beyond repair, Bakugo finds himself in front of AFO. After joining the LOV, he vowed revenge on Midoriya.
Your talent deserves all the recognition in the world! ojiro and momo are incredible! congratulations one more time!
