I have the reson Ojiro became a villiian: Ojiro was sick of being left in the dark while Deku, Totoroki, Bakug]o, Kirishima, etc. got all the fame. So he decided to leave the hero course with Shoji and Tokoyami and together they became a known trio of crime. (edit) wait! Hastume (Invisible Girl) came too! She also is feeling left out.
Gonna be completely honest, Deku would be the ultimate villain. My reasoning being that he catalogs every quirk he sees, analyzing they're strengths and weaknesses. Coupled with the fact that he's quirkless, if Allmight hadn't helped him there would have been a chance he would have turned on the heroes and became an info broker on quirks. Can you Imagine the League of Villains having him on their side?

He would have made a great villain. He doesn't desire helping people he wants approval from others. It's why he pushes himself so hard. That and he lost his greatest asset when he got all for one for, his brain. Instead of coming up with counter measures he just hits hard
So, this kind of story came in my head watching this. Class 1-A were trying to become heroes and Aizawa was murdered during their second year, they did some digging and found out that it was Pro-Heroes who killed him, the truth was covered up by the school, so they all end up vanishing. Shigaraki searches for them and tries to scout them for the LOV, they turn him down because they still despise villains and how they hurt innocent civilians, so instead they team up with Stain creating the 1-A Alliance. They claim to be vigilantes but they end up hurting / killing a load of pro heroes, so the media portrays them all as villains. At first they work as a group but once they grow older and 'graduate' they split off to deal with their own targets; Todoroki finds Dabi and works with him to take down Endevour. Deku ends up traveling the world taking down all pro heroes he sees as 'corrupted', The OFA Users doesn't really like how Deku is using their power so they end up shutting him off, making him rely on support gear, quirk boosters ( to forcefully draw out his full power. ) and weapons like guns. They Kind of all meet up later on in life, some of them have been captured, some went 'straight' and they end up reminiscing on all the good times they had, Aizawa's murderer still at large, Deku, Bakugo and Todoroki end up planning to find them and kill them, before they head off, the class stop them - "You don't plan to take all the fun right?, one last mission, for us all." They go to kill Aizawa's murderer, the end. :)
Well my version is that the normal versions of the main heros fought their evil selfs but they lost the first time they met them then their evil versions found a way to get rid of their quirks which made them powerless.they would get the pro heros to help but their evil selfs captured the pros.another thing is that their evil selves have a reason why there doing this.Class 1.A set off to find a way to get their quirks back but in the middle of their journey they found some of the Lov members beaten.the reason why is because the villain versions of Class 1-A also fight against them.so the students decided to have a truce with them for until they can fix what's happening.Then in the final fight against their villain selves Deku and his evil self both fought against each other(they got their quirks back)but Deku tries to reason his villain to not go through his plan.but they actually did reason with their villain selves then they became good again The End Also this would be a musical movie like what they did with Steven universe the movie.hope you like my idea for if this was a movie.

The idea that Aizawa was killed by heroes may not even be that farfetched now as there've been heroes that were personally raised by the Hero commission to kill any hero they deemed unfit / had a chance at rebelling, basically anyone they wanted gone ( Hawks is one of these people but it this development was only shown recently during Deku's fight with Hawks' ex mentor who started to side with AFO because of what the Hero association made her do. ) So if Stain were actually his real killer it'd be likely that they never knew about it anyway and thought it was the Heroes ( because of the corruption ) and had taken stain on as their 2nd mentor ( like Aizawa was their first ) and when they find out the truth they're heartbroken because they hurt many people ( although they're also not innocent ) but the person they trusted most after the death of Aizawa was the one who took them from him. Anyway, if you do decide to draw it out, let me know I'd love to see it.

Ya know its scary just how thin the barrier keeping these kids from being villains is.Almost every kid in 1A was like half a step from being a villain and many still are.
Tbh I could see deku becoming a villain because if it wasn’t for all might he would still be sulking and getting bullied for not having a quirk so they could brain wash him to where he never meet all might and always getting bullied for not having a quirk and people telling him that he could never be a hero. The league of villains are impressed by his intellect so they make him the master mind of the group and the villains are prevailing while the hero’s grow weaker and weaker. Then the final showdown comes and the class 1-A students are battling against him.
