    Picking up ideas again from you. I fancy trying the polenta and pear breakfast dish. Then saw "recipe on my reels" and can't figure out what you mean by "my reels" and how to find that please. Can you let us know?

      thank you, Eliza! Reels are a video format on instagram. I'm assuming you don't have that, so let me write out the recipe for you here: roast 1/2 pear in the oven with some honey or syrup for 20 minutes at 400F or 200C. in the meantime, cook polenta with triple the amount of plant milk and a pinch of salt. add the pear to the top of the polenta, then add some yogurt and peanut butter!

      I use a grainy dijon mustard :)
