I'm assuming you don't have that, so let me write out the recipe for you here: roast 1/2 pear in the oven with some honey or syrup for 20 minutes at 400F or 200C. in the meantime, cook polenta with triple the amount of plant milk and a pinch of salt. add the pear to the top of the polenta, then add some yogurt and peanut butter!
