Its already started with massive sink holes appearing everywhere in downtown New York. Manhattan cant withstand that amount of weight from jam packed high rises on such a small square footage of land, and surrounded by water for too much longer....especially when its man made land and NOT part of the original environment. Its only a matter of time....I would get out now!

That's not true at all...alot of them windows open up, do you remember when eric Clapton's kid fell threw thier penthouse window? So sad....my friend goes to NYU and is on the 32 floor and his windows open to about 18inches
