Isn't breakfast a western concept introduced into India? We grew up eating a breakfast due to school/college timings but on Sunday it was always a brunch at noon followed by a light snack at teatime and then dinner. Since I'm working from home now I've shifted to this pattern with the addition of green tea in morning and sometimes fruit as breakfast.
I heard buttermilk mentioned. What is buttermilk? My kidney doctor told me rice milk is best for me. What do you suggest I need to do? Can you suggest food for people with chronic kidney disease? Thank you.
